Rudest service girl of any industry I've ever experienced. I went to Sterling Heights Dodge where I bought my Avenger and pulled into garage. I was greeted as if I was an inconvenience for me to bring my car i I went to Sterling Heights Dodge where I bought my Avenger and pulled into garage. I was greeted as if I was an inconvenience for me to bring my car in. The girl was nasty about telling me they had a 3 week backup. She made me feel like I was an idiot for not knowing they are backed up. She had ZERO empathy nor compassion for someone having car troubles. No one wants to have issues with their car but a nice service person can make the experience more tolerable. I was coming to exchange my money for service but I felt like I was bothering them. Such a harsh feeling to feel so not welcome in the service area of the dealer you got your car from. I'll never buy from them again, there are other dealerships out there. The girl with long dark hair needs to find new job where she doesn't talk to customers. I think her name was Katie. More
Honestly the best sales person I ever had!! I will be 100% honest. I have never had a better sales person when it comes to the process of buying a new car. I have had lease after lease and purch I will be 100% honest. I have never had a better sales person when it comes to the process of buying a new car. I have had lease after lease and purchase after purchase over the last 25 years. I have had over 7 different cars and trucks and I always was a Ford customer. Over the years I've had shady sales people more than I can count. Examples are flipping Co signers around to make it look like they are buying outright. Changing mileage from 12K to 10 at the last minute before closing. From 36 month to 39 month the last minute. And my share of all around unethical behavior that made me upset more than I could count. I needed a new car to replace my 2007 Ford Explorer that only had 58k miles but it was in the shop 4 times in seven months and after dealing with it stalling over and over I was ready to get a lease to have no worries about a broken vehicle. My situation was a puzzle because I owed 5,200. I took out a loan and used my truck for colateral. So I owed more than what the car was worth. I know this was going to be hard because I could not afford a big payment yet I knew that this amount would have had to be calculated on top of any payments for the new vehicle. I went to GM and Ford and both sales people were not able to give the payment I could afford unless I went back to a plain car with perks. I needed a truck so I kept looking for other options. One dealer told me a payment of 754, for an Edge. No Joke!! I was frustrated and then I was told by a Co worker to call his sales Lady. Her name is Alixandrya. She, is the most caring, understanding, honest, ethical and hardest working sales person I ever had. She treats you like family. She listens to you. She takes time with you. I felt like I was her only client, that is how much attention she gives you. She works hard to get the payment you want and she is pure magic. I would tell you that if you want a good person who has a good heart to work hard on your behalf, you have to go to see Alix at Sterling Heights Dodge on Van xxxx. I was blown away by her hard work and number crunching. She goes to bat for you and once you work with her, you are a client for life. She wants you to come back to her and refer to her so she goes that extra mile to make you happy and satisfied. I have a new 2016 Dodge Journey RT and the truck is great. Payments great. So I recommend you go to this dealership and ask for Alix. You'll be happy you did. More
Worst Service Center Ever! This is seriously the worst service department I've ever been to. On multiple occasions they try to say that there is nothing wrong with my car and af This is seriously the worst service department I've ever been to. On multiple occasions they try to say that there is nothing wrong with my car and after calls to Chrysler's headquarters they begin to take it seriously. On the most recent occasion, I brought my car in because it wouldn't start and I knew it wasn't the battery. I pulled my car in the service lane and after standing by my car for 5-10 minutes, someone finally talked to me. And by talk to me, I mean "do you have an appointment? We only see cars by appointment and we're booked until the 14th." And when I replied "Since when? I've brought my car here on numerous occasions as soon as I have an electrical problem," he tried to tell me it's always been that way. Then he grabbed a different person to talk to me. She was even less helpful than he was. She tried to tell me it was my battery, which I assured her it wasn't. I told her that I have an extended warranty and need my car fixed because it will not start on its own. Her response was "we only take cars by appointment." When I asked her what people do when it's an emergency, she stated "go to another dealership." Well that's truly the worst customer service I've ever heard. After a long conversation with her about how my car is un-drivable and that it is not the battery, she told me the earliest they could get me in is Dec 18. When I asked why I was told the 14th earlier and now she wanted to push it back, she then told me that she could get me in on the morning of the 15th. I am so appalled by the treatment and "service" that I received. I made sure to get her business card and I will be contacting corporate (once again) for the lack of service I received. I tell everyone who is considering buying a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram to seriously consider it and if they still want to, DO NOT BUY IT FROM STERLING HEIGHTS! The only reason I bring my car there is because that's where it was purchased from and they've worked on my car 5-10 times for electrical problems, but yet they try to make me seem crazy when I notice a problem. There are many more instances like the one I described above, including refusing to look at my car because they didn't believe there was anything wrong with it, even though it would turn off completely when I was driving it. I beg every person who checks yelp before going to a dealership to avoid this one. It will save you time and headaches. More
