When I went to adjust them, I saw that the wheel locks ($60) we paid for hadn't been installed. I contacted Chris and arranged to bring the car in the next day. Chris had a lot of excuses and no arrangements had been made with the Service Manager. It took 1:40 to top off the tank and install the locks. "I can't control the New Car Prep".
