I`m sure they have an employee number you could of checked but not interested... dealership doesn`t care because they make no money on these sales. I`ll just order my next company cars from other dealerships. No problem!! They don`t return calls so don`t even bother. Needless to say it shows why many Metro Detroit dealers have above average ratings 4 stars and more while this dealership can barely make 3 More

Joshua was the employee who joined us and I was very pleasently surprised by the mannerism and the calming effect that this young man has. I tend to be a slight bit nervous engaging with salespeople and Joshua took away the anxities I had. I am very thankful for that. Chris was very straightforward, gave us options and explained everything I had questioned. Joshua was very relatable and gave us perks as well as cons of the vehicles we were interested in, which lead to us leasing my sons new ram. He even assisted me in troubleshooting an issue I had with my personal car. More

Rude and unprofessional staff I have a 2017 Dodge Journey that we have been leasing for less than 3 months. They drove it 4 miles and called it a day this was after they said we will take it for a couple of drives throughout the day and find out what's wrong. Lie 1. Get the car back doing the same thing. Bring it back again and they tell us it Saturday we are too busy bring it back in during the week. Bring it back in The morning with an appointment and they tell my husband bring it back when it's making the noise. Really so we pay for a lease to do your job for you..... so later that afternoon I bring the car back when it's grinding , no only do they treat me like im bothersome for bring the car in, they tell me to take it to the dealership we bought it from they are a Corp dealership and don't have to do the repairs... So they refused to service the car and this is the so called service manager. And mind you when I brought the vehicle in at 345 there were zero people in there. Apparently customer service means nothing to them nor standing behind a brand that pays them. I will never return to this pathetic place and if your looking for a Dodge go elsewhere because they don't stand behind the repairs of their brand. Rude, unprofessional staff. More
They took my truck!!! I went in to look at leasing a ram truck. I needed a specific gear ratio on the rear end to pull a 6000 lb trailer. I was told no problem they had it I went in to look at leasing a ram truck. I needed a specific gear ratio on the rear end to pull a 6000 lb trailer. I was told no problem they had it and I could come in and pick it up. I was also told a different price and of course that had changed when I went to take delivery. While I was almost done signing the papers I asked if it had The tow rating that I needed. We went out to check and sure enough the truck would only pull maximum 4200 pounds . I told them this vehicle would not work and to give me my truck back so I could drive home. They told me I could not have it back!I was going to I told them this vehicle would not work and to give me my truck back so I could drive home. They told me I could not have it back because they grounded it ! All of this took place within 15 minutes… So I told him just give me my truck back and I can go home and think about the next vehicle that I would lease . They said no I can't have it back so they drove me home! I did get my truck back a day and a half later. I can't believe they would do this to anybody! After this major fiasco came to ahead they said come in and will give you a real good deal on ram with the hemi. I would not go back to that dealership if they gave me a truck for free! I was lucky enough to borrow a car the next morning so I could go to work! I can't even give them a one star! I was amazed and horrified at my treatment! More

As what has become customary I was not disappointed with my latest sales experience with the folks at Sterling Heights CDJR. My salesman was Bob Dattilio. He was very personable, helpful, no pressure, and knows how to take care of his customer. Bob was very good about getting back to me whether it was a phone call or e-mail. He got me to the price point I was desiring. All of the work was done over the phone. On the day of delivery I just had to come in with my check, sign some papers, learn about the features of the Dodge Journey, and off I went. I definitely recommend going to this dealership and working with Bob Dattilio. I personally thanked the sales manager, Russ Maisano, and the owner, Mr. Viviano before I left the dealership. Thanks again for another easy and enjoyable car buying experience. More
worst sales experience I called about the ad on there website for Black Friday sale. First salesman I gave all my info and never called me back. Second try salesman said you needed military to get that special but nowhere on the website said that, he was rude and sent me to his manager. Manager quoted me price that I saw on website and sent me over to another salesman. Salesperson then told me the price was wrong and that I needed conquest which the ad said conquest or lease loyalty which i have. Then they said even though they ad said MSRP was $ 35,985 all those vehicles come with navigation but he said it doesn't. This dealership gives false advertising and you should be aware. Total rip off!! First quote from sales manager $ 108 plus tax with $ 1631 down, after talking to salesman new price $ 144 plus tax. More
