Please don't waste your time buying a vehicle here. I bought a 2020 CPO Ram in January 2022. Thought highly of them at first until I took my truck to get ceramic coated at local shop in anther state wh I bought a 2020 CPO Ram in January 2022. Thought highly of them at first until I took my truck to get ceramic coated at local shop in anther state where I live. They immediately brought to my attention that my truck was repainted, not very well, and that there was body work done to this truck. The car fax showed no accidents or damage to the truck. When I brought my concerns up to the used car sales manager Kevin and the general manager John, they pushed it off. According to John, General Manager, to certify a vehicle, they only look at the mechanical integrity of a vehicle and nothing else. However, after looking up Chryslers 125 point inspection, it states exterior and interior inspections and detailing must be performed. This repaint and body work was not brought to my attention at the purchase time of the vehicle and is getting pushed aside. I paid more than I should have for this truck due to the lack of awareness this dealership has. I contacted them and tried to figure out a solution but they had nothing to do with me. I wouldn't trust a place that can't even perform their inspections properly. I wonder how many unseen issues and problems they have sold to others and got away with. Again, don't waste your time. More

I have waited four months to get my 2021 Ram looked at because it stalls in traffic. Not only is this my third appointment but I call the day before to be told they no longer provide loaners after waiting because it stalls in traffic.
