Salesman was patient and helpful as I looked at several trucks and took an extended test drive. Finance person was patient, but did not go over a break down of the numbers with me on the computer screen trucks and took an extended test drive. Finance person was patient, but did not go over a break down of the numbers with me on the computer screen and was not very helpful in making me understand what I was paying for and that I was getting less for my trade in than originally told. The following day after my purchase though, both the salesman and finance person were available to hear my concerns once I reviewed my paperwork and fully understood my purchase and allowed me to make changes to the policies or packages I purchased. I was still unpleased with the trade in value given for my 2019 Cummins being lower than I was told. I likely will not return to this particular dealership for a future purchase. More
