Great CPO Experience 4 1/2 years ago I purchase a new car from a local Orange County BMW dealership. The car had problems. I ended up having to contact BMW USA to get the problems addressed, as the dealership kept making excuses as to why the problems existed and wouldn't address them. Fast forward to March 2015. I just purchased a car from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach. The sale experience was good, but after having the car for a few days, I realized it had a couple of cosmetic problems. Now, this was a CPO, so it is a used car. But I wanted a perfect car. I assumed my experience would be similar to my last. But I was totally wrong. When I pointed out the problems to my salesman, Ben Keller, and the pre-owned manager, Mike Reed, they immediately setup appointments to have my concerns addressed. The result is a like-new car at a pre-owned price. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Sterling BMW, and particularly Ben Keller and Mike Reed. More

No dealer should ever imply I have no right to negotiate the price they give me and that if I want a lower price then I should review what I want in the car and "sacrifice some options to get the car down to the price [I] can afford." I could afford their asking price, but being able to afford vs wanting to pay for are 2 completely different things. With that said, I met Justin Dayyat at Sterling BMW and he's earned my trust and faith in Sterling BMW. He's open, honest, patient, straight forward and doesn't waste your time. He's not pushy like most sales people which I prefer and he allowed me to browse and decide when I was ready. More importantly, he works with you on trying to get you the deal you are looking for without insulting you like the last dealership I mentioned above. After my first BMW purchase from him 3 years ago, I've purchased 2 additional BMWs from him each year. I recommend him to everyone I know that's looking for a car and he always takes care of them for me even if they're not fully ready to pull the trigger on a vehicle just yet. All in all, I'm happy with Justin and to this day while my car's in the service department, he's constantly checking with those guys to make sure my car's taken care of properly and gets the attention it needs so that I can get my car back ASAP. BTW, they have a solid crew of service advisors too. I specifically go to Alex (I can't remember his last name unfortunately but he's the only Alex in their crew of service advisors). More

Stephan Caraway understood my needs and what kind car I wanted with all my terms. Stephan worked with me for more than one week before I actually decided what kind car I wanted. He showed me several cars and we did a lot of test drives. Even on his day off, he was available for me and offered to work with me any day I need. I am more than happy with my car I picked, but I took my time to find it. I want to say Stephan provided great customer service, support and patience.
