Exceptional Experience Andrew Hirsch connected my iPhone by Bluetooth to the car. He showed me all of the controls and how to work each of them on the steering wheel and on Andrew Hirsch connected my iPhone by Bluetooth to the car. He showed me all of the controls and how to work each of them on the steering wheel and on the controller. After he showed me how to do something, he asked me to do it myself. We did this for several functions; e.g., using voice to input addresses, making calls, getting driving directions, manipulating the GPS map for different views, driving in Sport mode, what the buttons above the radio do and how to input names, phone numbers, addresses, etc. Very helpful. Andrew was competent, professional, courteous and friendly. He was exceptional. More
