X3 BMW License Plate Gift We purchased an X3 at Sterling from Javier Duran in July 2016. His no-pressure, thorough, well-informed approach was respected and treasured by us. In fact, when we returned in October for plate and registration installation, he used his own money to purchase special BMW license plate holders for us. We were overwhelmed by his kindness and grateful for this gesture. We've purchased three prior BMW's at Sterling and have been pleased as well. What has brought me to Sterling BMW for well over 5 years plus is their Parts Dept, in particular...... Ken Johnson and Shay Skutvik. Their customer service is always above and beyond what one would normally expect. Ken's helpfulness and knowledge is certainly one of Sterling's best assets and why I chose to get my parts there. Whether a vintage 3 series, or a high tech new 7series, I have witnessed each customer treated with the same friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism as the other, and always with a smile. I have been there several times and have seen customers approach the parts counter, frazzled... upset, or just plain irritated. Within a few moments, these same people walk away with a smile. Ken's expertise is not something you can read and learn... its from experience. Hands down, he is the "go to guy" for anything BMW. I just don't consider Ken my BMW advisor, but also a good friend.
