Taking my recent spinal surgery into careful consideration, Javier pulled several models for me to test drive. He spent the better pert of the next afternoon patiently drilling down which models would work for me and we drove several more vehicles. My experience collecting information to make my decision exceeded all my expectations. I was convinced at the end of that day that my next car would be a BMW and I would purchase it from Javier. We let BMW know of your experience and got called back by the owners Son who is supposedly the manager of the dealership. They knew they f...ed up and he just kept stalling us and then phone calls went dead. These guys are crooks. We went to 2 BMW dealership and these guys flat out lied to us. The finance manager is a crook and so is the guy in the financing that you sign your life away from. Sleezy xxxxx bags. Flat out lied to us and pretended as if he just didn't know. How do you not know BMW's promotions as the finance manager?????????????? Then service......................... Horrible not communication and just flat our disastrous service. Just because your in Newport Beach with high income individuals doesn't mean you walk over people. I beg anyone buying a car here to go somewhere else, or you'll end up disappointed. M kinda surprised because I have talked to several people and they have the same opinion as me but the these dealer ranking site only post the good comments about the dealerships.
