Great purchasing experience I found a 2015 CPO BMW 335i that I like on the Internet. I contacted the dealer and received a prompt reply. The client advisor provided the information I needed. Then I made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable client advisor. He explained the features of the car and then accompanied me out for a test drive. After the test drive, he asked me whether I had other cars that I wanted to check out. I told him that I had a list of cars that I wanted to check out. He was not pushy and did not try to influence my decision. I liked the condition of the car so I decided to buy it. Then we discussed the price and I found out the price was very good because I have done a lot of research on the Internet. After signing the purchase agreement, I was transferred to finance to complete the purchase. The person at finance show me different protection plans but did not try to push. All in all, the entire purchasing experience was a pleasure. More
