Horrible Service, Lied to and Scammed by Sterling BMW My brother and I brought his car in for an Oil leak repair. Alex was our Service Advisor and we also met Kevin the Service Manager. Alex check in my b My brother and I brought his car in for an Oil leak repair. Alex was our Service Advisor and we also met Kevin the Service Manager. Alex check in my brother's car walking around it looking for any previous damage and writing down the condition of the vehicle. Everything appeared to be fine until they had us wait for 4 hours for a Loaner vehicle that was supposed to have been reserved by Kevin the Service Manager the evening before. I'm an Attorney and had to cancel several of my morning meetings because of this. Horrible Experience, No apologies by either one of these men. Almost noon time we finally receive the Loaner vehicle and leave. The car was supposed to be fixed within 3 days, 7 days go by and they finally said my brother's car is fixed. I used my credit card to pay for the car $ 900.00. Once they pulled up my brother's car we noticed there was some lower front end damage to the front M Sport bumper. We never even took possession of the vehicle and contacted Alex the Service Advisor. Alex saw the damage and checked our paperwork that he initially filled out when he originally took the car into service, verifying there was no damage to the frint of the vehicle. Then Alex spoke to Kevin the Service Manager both telling us they need to review their Security Cameras to see how the car got damaged. They said only then will they take care of the damage. We told Kevin that Alex already verified his original paperwork and it didn't show any previous damage. Kevin said for us to take the car and once he reviews his Security Cameras he will call us letting us know when to come back. We told both Alex and Kevin this is unacceptable that we already wasted 4 hours for the Loaner car and wanted to speak to the General Manager Ken. Kevin said for us to wait a few minutes which ended up to be about 45 minutes. Kevin said he reviewed the Security Cameras and didn't see anything damaged. Kevin did say the Dealership is currently under construction and some of there areas the Security Cameras were not working. Kevin and Alex both had really poor attitudes very unprofessional and said they dont believe they damaged the car eventhough the intake paperwork proves no prior damage until Sterling BMW had it in their possession. We left the car to be repaired. Another 12 days went by when the car was finally repaired by Sterling Collision. We picked up the vehicle at Sterling Collision in Tustin, CA as we didn't want to subjected to being verbally abused by Alex the Service Advisor and Kevin the Service Manager and their continued excuses. Then a few weeks later my brother noticed the car Leaking Oil again after I paid Sterling BMW over $900.00 to have fixed the leak. My brother took the car to another BMW Dealership who verified the same Oil leak that was supposed to be repaired. The other BMW Dealership shop foreman and technician said it looked like Sterling BMW never replaced the gasket like they charged us for. They said it looked like Sterling BMW Service technicians just steamed cleaned the engine area and never fixed the Oil leak. The other BMW Dealership properly took the vehicle apart replacing the gasket that was needed and honored this under warranty. STAY AWAY FROM STERLING BMW who has a "C" rating on the BBB and over 150 Customers Complaints on Yelp . More

From the initial contact, I have been impressed with Tina’s knowledge, patience, and professionalism. She guided me through the complicated process of ordering a new vehicle, and was able to clearly explain the BMW incentives I qualify for as a loyal customer. I’m a graduate school student, which means less work hours and more studying. Without Tina, I would not have been able to own a car that I always dreamed of. Thank you so much Tina!
