I went to other dealerships in our area we have 3 I love Sterling’s service dept and the other 2 in OC couldn’t match my experiences (to get a loaner you have to Schedule 2 weeks out??? For example) so I found another sales person and got to keep the service dept I love. The manager was very helpful in keeping my business at Sterling. It’s the best. And I love my new X3 M40i. More

First time BMW buyer On 4/6/19 I came to the Sterling BMW dealership in Newport Beach. Bill Mcadam gave me a test drive of certified BMW. He did not balk at my request to test drive the car on the freeway even though there was heavy bumper to bumper traffic for a few miles on the way to the freeway. He answered all my questions during the test drive. After the test drive I was ready to buy. Bill had to leave for another commitment and had Mike Walters finish the paperwork. The same day I emailed all of the BMW dealerships in Southern California, but because they gave me a very overpriced deal, I never ended up getting the car from them. I am telling you, if you are looking for an honest dealer that doesn’t waste your time go to Michael Lewis. Another great thing about him is that, he responds to your emails very quickly. I am a dentist and I am very busy, I really appreciate that he didn’t waste my time, and he always scheduled my appointments after 7:00 pm , so I never missed work.
