I brought my parents with me as they were visiting from Chicago and my dad wanted to help me out wi I purchased a CPO 2016 340i through Mike Walters. I brought my parents with me as they were visiting from Chicago and my dad wanted to help me out with the dealing process. When I initially walked in, none of the sales people greeted except Mike who jumped out of the desk to welcome us, even if we did not call in ahead. He kindly offered us water from the get go and proceeded with the test drive. He was patient with both me and my dad with the haggling process (which included a trade in) and gave us a good deal with the dealer accepting my final offer in the last step of the process, which makes me feel good as a customer. Mike described all the things I needed to know about car, including getting new license plates. It was truly the experience you would expect from a BMW dealership, even if you are buying used. Top notch service and honesty in a car dealership! I worked with Mike Walters at Sterling BMW and test drove a very nice vehicle. I then pulled comps from other local dealerships that “apparently” had I worked with Mike Walters at Sterling BMW and test drove a very nice vehicle. I then pulled comps from other local dealerships that “apparently” had better pricing. He sat very patiently and explained why the others were cheaper. He encouraged me to visit other dealerships to explore their “great” deals. What I found is exactly what Mike had predicted. The service at the other dealerships also felt less than honest. I ended up returning to Sterling BMW and purchased an X5 50i from Mike. More
