Scams after scams after signed purchased contract. At first l, experience was great with Olin Johnston as a my car salesman. After almost a month later Sterling BMW asked for additional $5,000 down on At first l, experience was great with Olin Johnston as a my car salesman. After almost a month later Sterling BMW asked for additional $5,000 down on the BMW M5 deal. I already put down the $7,500 for the approval on my BMW M5, told the finance manager Kevin that they are crazy for asking for more money and sign a new contract. I said NO!!! Then Kevin asked can I do $4,000 so Sterling BMW could have the financing company make an exception and we could sign a 2nd contract under new terms. That’s a Yo-Yo Scam and Bait&Switch. After Sterling BMW found out I reported my bad transaction with the DMV Inspector’s Office investigations unit, Sterling BMW General Sales Manager Theo Ebert calls me with Sterling BMW landline and also his personal cell phone, and other numbers to have me come back in renegotiating a new deal telling me now they’ll knock off additional $2,500 on my M5, reduce the payment, under new terms, and signing a new contract after a month later. Sterling BMW been shotgunning my credit after a month with my social & my brother’s SSN without out authorizations running our credit with so many lenders. That is illegal, I didn’t authorized them to run my credit after the signed purchased contract by both parties. I definitely will not step my foot back into this dealership due to experiencing a very bad one after our binding contract the dealer wanted to get out of. If it was the other way around, Sterling BMW would of hang me up high and dry. Sick and tired of these scams Sterling BMW’s been pulling. I will not tolerate the behavior, issues have been escalated after our transactions. More
