As soon as I walked into the dealership the salesman ask if I needed some help. He did a good job giving me info and telling what my options were and ask if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. The rollout from Ford had many setbacks and miscues that were communicated as clearly as they could through emails from Chase Barton and John Holstein. Once my Bronco First Edition came in I flew down to Charleston, WV from New York and as promised I was picked up at the airport by John Holstein. Ray Ellis was my salesman for my purchase and he was outstanding. He had all my paperwork ready to go! I inspected my truck, signed some paperwork and was out the door in minutes. This was the easiest and as advertised vehicle purchase I have ever made or imagined possible. I come from a region where car dealers have created such a negative experience. The practices of many NY dealers have made me very wary of unscrupulous practices at the cost of loosing my trust and patronage. My experience purchasing my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition at Stephens Auto Center has forever changed my expectations of what a car purchase should be. Friendly, honest, trustworthy, and passionate experts work here. I am so glad that Chase created this program to allow me to own my Bronco that I have been waiting for 25 years to buy.
