I made an appointment on line for an oil change, thought I would try this dealerships service department. I was told it would be about 90 minutes. It took longer than expected, 2 hours 20 minutes, which see I would try this dealerships service department. I was told it would be about 90 minutes. The service dept does an excellent job and while the drive to get there is sometimes a hassle, I know my car is in good hands. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. No line of cars so we were helped by Jon immediately. A shuttle (Paul was the driver) immediately took us to a restaurant for breakfast appointment. No line of cars so we were helped by Jon immediately. Riding back to the dealership, we received a text saying our car was ready. Service advisor, Jon, advised us when the next service should be done and even wrote the date on the paperwork. I have been really impressed with the service department. Cade does a great job taking care of me and our cars, and Micah has stepped in to help out a couple of times as well.
