I made an appointment on line for an oil change, thought I would try this dealerships service department. I was told it would be about 90 minutes. It took longer than expected, 2 hours 20 minutes, which see I would try this dealerships service department. I was told it would be about 90 minutes. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. No line of cars so we were helped by Jon immediately. A shuttle (Paul was the driver) immediately took us to a restaurant for breakfast appointment. No line of cars so we were helped by Jon immediately. A shuttle (Paul was the driver) immediately took us to a restaurant for breakfast and came back to get us when we finished our meal. Riding back to the dealership, we received a text saying our car was ready. Service advisor, Jon, advised us when the next service should be done and even wrote the date on the paperwork. Wow, what great service! More
My husband and I both bought cars. My husband's car was delivered quickly and efficiently.
