Excellent. We dealt with Donnie and Nate. We were first Introduced to Donnie many months before actually buying and at the time we weren't ready to buy. He did not hound us and was easy to work with. When we came back we met with Donnie and again and to let him know we wanted a rav 4 hybrid. We were a little picky about our choices given the market. But Donnie went above and beyond to find pretty much exactly what we were looking for. After a couple weeks. He found us a car in the pipeline. Donnie and Stephen Wade were straight forward and easy to deal with in what should be a stressful worrying purchase. They were not like your ordinary salesman. I have worked with Stephen Wade for over a decade. They are a great dealership with an excellent service department. I did not have a good experience. AS it was close to closing time when dropping of f the car, we were hustled out the door. We drive over an hour to get to the dealership, ended up having the rest of the services completed in our hometown. I won't be returning to Stephen Wade unless it is for a recall. Oh, and during the alignment process, the hubcap was broken and placed back on the tire. Nice that I saw it come off while driving behind my daughter on the way home. More
I made an appointment on line for an oil change, thought I would try this dealerships service department. I was told it would be about 90 minutes. It took longer than expected, 2 hours 20 minutes, which see I would try this dealerships service department. I was told it would be about 90 minutes.
