I had my tires rotated and I noticed that my car would shimmy at 75 mph. So, I took my auto into Stephen Wade to get the tires balanced but instead they said it needed a wheel alignment. I have a 2014 Tundra which I bought from Stephen Wade. I have had all the maintenance done on it there as well. Over the course of the 7 years I have had my Tundra, I have always been satisfied with the se have had all the maintenance done on it there as well. Over the course of the 7 years I have had my Tundra, I have always been satisfied with the service I have gotten when I've taken it in for maintenance. I was just there yesterday for my 85k maintenance plus a coolant flush. Was told about 2 hours (I was waiting for it) and was sent a text 1 1/2 hours later that my truck was done. My Tundra is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them. More
I've just replaced my 4Runner via Wade Toyota. I am 100% happy with the overall Wade group of dealers. Wade Toyota has always given me excellent service. Jerry Ibarra always takes good care of me and my cars, the other staff (Gavin recently) have been great also. I just worked with Brian Gates to obtain the new 4Runner. What a great guy. I met Brian last year when we replaced my wife's car and he has great knowledge of the Toyota product line. (we ended up with a CRV) And Brian knows 4Runners very, very well. I sought him out this year when I was ready to replace mine. Brian was able to answer any question I had and was helpful to the max. Naturally I visit service more than sales, although Toyota rarely has a flaw and only needs routine maintenance. Wade will include the basics a ensure the car is kept well early in its life. But eventually everyone goes to Parts also. I don't want to neglect saying the Parts Dept. has helped me over the years too, also always helpful and congenial. Wade Toyota, Honda, and Jeep have been some of the best auto dealerships I've had experiences with over the years. I am always given good care by all their departments and staff, and I will keep coming back. Thanks Wade. More
I decided to give Stephen Wade Toyota service another try since my last experience was much less than expected. I have a 2018 Highlander with 15000 miles on it, so service is always express. I arrived as scheduled and spoke to the service tech and indicated that I would be waiting in their waiting room. My goal this time was to see if their service attitude was any better. Well sadly they have proved yet again that they still provide lousy customer service. They sent a text 1 1/2 hours later that it was ready. I did not see the text, so I waited and waited. Several times the techs came through looking for customers. I waited for 4 hours for my car when I finally went to see the tech I had spoken to. "Oh yea, we have just now received your paper work. Just 5 minutes ago." was the answer I got. A direct lie which also did not set well with me. That is the very last time I set foot on Stephen Wade property. Their service dept. has had two chances to make things right and have failed. They will never get a third chance since I now know that they do not have the ability to provide the service I deserve. And to think I bought my car from them. More
