We have been dealing with Stephen Wade for the past 15 years. As we were waiting for out 2012 Toyota Tundra to be serviced, we decided to "browse" at the Prius. I have owned several Toyota vehicles and was very pleased with them. I have been looking at the Toyota Venza for several years now, and have decided that if I could get the right equipment on one, and a rea with them. I worked with Brian Haslam and with Jared Wade for several months waiting for a Venza to come in with certain equipment that I wanted. This vehicle came in and after some negotiating we came to an agreement. The entire transaction was handled smoothly and the vehicle was delivered clean and gased up. We still have on small item to complete which is just a matter of time for the item to come in. I have bought many vehicles in the past and I am not an easy customer to satisfy. Haggling is allowed in a friendly atmosphere if one wants and prices are at least competitive, if not better. Honesty prevails or the employee involved is gone. I contacted Stephen Wade Toyota strictly from my internet search for dealerships in St. George. I live in LV and was not happy with my car shopping here. We had decided on the FJ Cruiser and I called John Keysor @ Stephen Wade and he has been nothing but forthright from the beginning. He represented honesty and integrity that was so refreshing, we had a deal struck within 30 minutes. I found the FJ on their internet site which was exactly the one we had test drove in Vegas at two separate dealerships. John had me speak with their sales guru, Jared Wade, and he came across the exact same way as John. Jared went over the price with me while John was conferenced on the line. Simply put...painless. Candace called me later that day and just went over all of the paperwork. She is so kind and makes sure you are aware of everything involved. At that point we started thinking about puchasing a new Carmry. What really sold us on your dealership was the first sales associate we met, Jim Anderson. He was anything but pushy and was very helpful in picking out the type of vehicle that met our needs. If at any point he would have become pushy and not helpful we would have been out of there. Additionally, Jared Wade did a good job getting the price of the Camry to the point it was enticing to proceed. I don't think we could have done much better at Bountiful Toyota. More
