My rating of "great" for the overall experience is based primarily on my dealings with salesman Mike DuFresne. I came in and and spoke to him extensively during several visits over a period of months while I was deciding what I wanted (I wasn't yet ready to buy anything). He was extremely helpful and not in the least bit "pushy", which I really appreciated. When I was finally ready to actually buy I came in was met out on the lot by another salesman (Armando Garcia) who was more aggressive, and who let me know only after quite awhile that DuFresne was out sick that day and would also be gone the following day (I had told him at the start about wanting to talk to DuFresne). Since I was ready to buy and was leaving for a trip in a couple of days I went ahead and made the purchase that day, in spite of the fact that I didn't really feel all that comfortable with his veracity. I then had relatively minor dealings with the service department for "intallation" of an optional protective coating, and my impression of them is tentatively favorable (though I don't know if that will hold when it comes to repairs/service work in the future). Overall, I can heartily recommend the dealership with respect to Mike DuFresne only, since that is who most of my dealings were with (I'm not so sure about Armando Garcia, I don't know anything about the other salesmen and the service dept is mostly an unknown at this point). I purchased a used Mazda Miata during December. A problem developed the day after delivery and the car was repaired in a timely manner. We bought a new car from Stephen Wade which we assumed was a 2013. However, when we got it half way home, we realized it was a 2012. We called the dealership and talked to Todd Matthews. Jim Anderson was our second salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helpful about the details of the new vehicle. We were very pleased with their quick response to our issues. I would recommend this dealership and these two men to any buyer. More
We like this dealer and their service over the years. Dave Edwards was very good to work with. (The service people are always very helpful, friendly, and professional.) The one thing I will never get over, though, is the trade-in we got for a brand-new VW Passat TDI -- Motor Trend car of the year and top of the line -- it had everything. We would have gotten at least $5,000 more at CarMax which is why we have always dealt with CarMax and we always will in the future. CarMax is always fair and doesn't take advantage of people. I think Dave's boss sensed that we were too lazy (my husband has cancer and chemo-brain) to drive the VW to Las Vegas and he took full advantage of that to rip us off. As far as the Prius V, I think the price was pretty fair. They didn't deal at all but I know from the research I did that they weren't too far out of line. We like the Prius V very much. More

Had an idea what I wanted, but wasn't sure of all the specific details. I contacted Mike Dufresne via email for some answers and a couple days later, dropped in to discuss various options. I asked for Mike specifically when I arrived and recieved a warm welcome from all of the employees. Details of the various Tacoma models were discussed and a decision was made that same day. Mike was very helpful and patient in answering questins and interjected additional information when needed. This was not the "usual" experience with automobile dealers. It was pleasant and satisfying. Except for all of the "mandatory" paperwork. That was not expected that since it was a cash transaction. More
