I was looking for a new car. I explained to John that I was looking at a lot of different cars and wasn't going to buy one until I test drove all the cars I was looking at. This was a great experience for purchasing a new 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Jim Anderson was great from day one. We ordered our vehicle from the factory which took extra time to be delivered but it allowed us to sell our vehicle instead of trading it in. Jim introduced us to Candice Abbott ( business manager ). John Keysor was outstanding in attention to detail, friendliness, cheerfulness, helpfulness, concern with our needs and assistance in learning how to use the systems in the Corolla. Brad orginally showed us the Toyota Crewmax PLT but it was Mike Dufresne and Candice Abbott the worked with us on the sales pricing alond with Jared Wade. Mike definitely drank the Toyota "cool-aid" as he was so very knowledgeable with showing us all the bells, whistles of the tundra. We of course will have to refer to the manuals for a few things but Mike knows his stuff. Candice was fabulous in her follow-up service prior to delivery. Mike & Candace were very savy and enjoyed their customer service in our purchase. We had previously leased a 2009 Camry and enjoyed it. The new big stitching on the leather interior really caught our eye and made our decision to swith from the LE to the SE model. More

Jim Anderson is great! He helped us find the perfect car for us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had our best interest in mind. We came in looking for a car a year ago, and although we couldn't affo for us. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and had our best interest in mind. I visited Stephen Wade Toyota several times before purchasing my new Prius. I wanted a certain equipped vehicle that no other dealer either had in stock or could locate. But when I called Stephen Wade purchasing my new Prius. I wanted a certain equipped vehicle that no other dealer either had in stock or could locate. But when I called Stephen Wade and talked to Brian, he some how located the vehicle in transit and had it diverted to his store. In working with other dealers throughout Utah, Brian was the only salesman that had the patients and now how to bring this vehicle into his dealership and make it available to me. Brian is an experienced and true professional. I would recommend Stephen Wade Toyota and especially Brian Haslam. The fact that Brain has been with the same dealership for over 15 years must mean something. More
