New 2018 Highlander LE Plus I researched cars on the Internet for some time, but returned to Toyota. We have had 5 Toyotas in the past and find them extremely reliable. I revie I researched cars on the Internet for some time, but returned to Toyota. We have had 5 Toyotas in the past and find them extremely reliable. I reviewed consumer reports and found that the Highlander has a very good rating. Then sought out Stephen Wade to see what they had in stock. We have had dealings with them several times and found them to be good to deal with. I made contact with Jessica Kroll and told her exactly what we wanted. Then an appointment which we kept even though she did not have the exact color my wife wanted, but she did have it in a beautiful Red. She was prepared and we concluded the deal, which was excellent and to the point. Now my wife loves her new Highlander. Dealing with Stephen Wade was excellent. My advice to anyone is decide what you want, be prepared, know your limits, contact the dealer and do the deal. Easy, simple and uncomplicated and Stephen Wade helps make that happen. More

Excellent care from Service department Service department was extremely helpful and helped accommodate my last-minute request for service as I was driving through town. After another shop turned me away, Stephen Wade staff were very friendly and understanding and got my car right into the shop. During this visit I had a complaint about a specific part of the service (just a lone mistake by a single technician) and it was addressed on the spot, and service manager Grady personally followed up and resolved the issue. Bad Adventure! We went into Stephen Wade Toyota to look at SUV's. The biggest problem we had was the salesperson. CORY. He was not only a fast talking sales person but quite a story teller. He spent so much time on the phone and kept leaving the office he seemed to have little time for us. We should have left then and there. Our fault that we didn't. My husband even saw him outside with some other customer's. This man told us that we were getting the 2018 Rav4 Adventure exactly like the one in the show room only in White. He ordered it and when it came in it was white but was nothing like the one in the show room. He didn't notice anything wrong with it. I did! We also had tinted windows put on it and one edge was peeling already. The interior had been sprayed and there were marks from those drips all over the interior. This Vehicle had not even been cleaned up. When Cory came over to look to see that it indeed was not the car we ordered. He went inside to see the manager. A few minutes later he informed my husband that it was his fault! I over heard his manager telling him (Cory) the salesman that he had screwed up. My husband had nothing to do with ordering the wrong car. Cory assumed all of the Adventure's were exactly the same. He couldn't even set up the entune system to my phone on it. If it were not for Candace Abbott the Sales Manager i would have ended up with the black Adventure on the sales floor. Cory didn't really care at that point. Candace took over and did Cory's job for him. She found the white car loaded with what I wanted and got it ordered for us. Unfortunately, I still had to deal with Cory following me around every time I left Candace's office begging me not to "murder" him??? We ended up driving the wrong car home, had to register it with DMV, put plates on it and wait for the real Rav4 to come in. It still took a while after that for every extra thing to get done on it because Cory forgot things again!!!! This guy is so incompetent it is unbelievable!!! P.S. he lied and gave us this big convoluted story why my trade in care wasn't worth anything in the area we were trading it in. How they had some of the same cars and couldn't even sell them. It was all lies. Nissan tried to even buy my car. He is not only a liar but incompetent. More

Both sales and finance reps went to great lengths to be sure I had *the* vehicle I wanted at an affordable price, including a comprehensive extended warranty. I've purchased four vehicles from Stephen Wade Toyota in the last 10 years. Need I say more?
