Great salesperson, shady finance Jessica was great! She was helpful and genuine. We were feeling great and despite the push to finance through them (or CUDLE) we decided to go through Jessica was great! She was helpful and genuine. We were feeling great and despite the push to finance through them (or CUDLE) we decided to go through our credit union because we got a better rate. I worked at a financial institution and know the industry more than the average consumer. I knew the finance person would have gotten a kickback but I wanted to go directly through my credit union. After spending over 5 hours the next day trying to sort this out they finally gave me a buyers order after a very long ordeal. Later when we came back to sign papers she was very abrasive and not kind at all and continued to lie to me about CUDLE and getting us the best rate. I was disappointed in her integrity. Again Jessica (our sales person) was extremely helpful through the whole thing and the only reason I rate it any stars. A hurry their manager just asked us to keep signing the papers without explaining withut the charges, taking form you the right of choice and will to buy those insurances and other tupid stuff that I did not even know. Its my fault I did not dig on it but he put a lot of stuff that dont need it. Sucker manager you are. Dont trust these people better dig out and read and understand for yourself before signing anything form them. I will never ever go to this place ,neither will i ever recommend it to a friend but will discourage them. Attn: Mr Stephen Wade; dont I have the right not to buy the extension warranty. I dont like it, I dont have money to pay for it but the sales manager doesnt want to listen to me and all other stuff that I dont like. It seemss you have no right in t his store!!!. More
