We have always been treated with sincere personalized service, whether by sales personnel or service consultants. I just recently took my 2020 Tacoma in to have a truck bed cover installed. Not only was the job done professionally, but my consultant, Dennis Osegueda, kept me in the loop about the installation while I was waiting. Dennis also made it very easy for me to come back the following day with my 2002 Tacoma for a comprehensive check-up as I will be giving the truck to a family member. The check-up was very thorough and revealed work that needed to be done. Dennis explained everything to me and we agreed on what work was to be done. I left the vehicle. When it was evident to Dennis that he would not be able to get all of the work done in one day, he kept me advised of what was going on. It was evident that he and the service specialist wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate that type of service. It is rare to find in this day and age. If I were Dennis' supervisor I would either like to see him rewarded monetarily for his service above and beyond or at least be recognized in some way that would appear in his personnel file to be available in the future if he is considered for promotion. Dennis is a great representative of Stephen Wade Toyota--he is the best I have had so far. More

I had been looking for a 201 BEWARE!!! Do not buy here unless you want to be taken advantage of! The Stephen Wade Auto Group and employees are crooks! I had been looking for a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE for a couple months now and finally decided to just go for it since they have a $2,000 rebate right now. I got my financing from my credit union and went into the dealer. I had a trade in that’s in excellent condition (no scrapes, no dents, still smells new inside) and they wanted to give me a trade-in price for a “good” condition vehicle. When they came back with the KBB Auction Value, I noticed the good condition. They wanted to give me $39,750 for my trade. I had the salesman look up what the next two conditions above good were for values and it went from $40,000 up to $45,000 and clean retail was $49,000. I obviously didn’t agree with them and at that point they had Blair (Sales Floor Manager) come in and speak with me and made up excuse after excuse. I wasn’t born yesterday and know all about the auction, ACV, etc. Blair said the best he could do on my vehicle was to come up $250. They were “willing” to give me $40,000 for an excellent condition truck that they said was in good condition. I even mentioned to Blair that I was fully aware of the roughly $900 dealer holdback that they’d make as well the moment they sold the car. He said, “Oh, that’s just $900.” Well, if it is just $900, then you can work with me on a better price. Mind you, my mom bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road made to look just like a TRD Pro with wheels and tires, lift, and their clear bra about nine months prior. The money they made off of her, could clearly pay for the difference in price ALONE! They still weren’t willing to come up after repeated business to the Stephen Wade Auto Group (this would have been the fourth vehicle from them if I had agreed to their BS). The day before this, I spoke with another dealer that was willing to give me $43,000 for my truck, whether I buy from them or not. With me trading in, I would also get an additional $2,500 tax credit so I’m currently working up a deal with them and their sister Toyota dealer! They also put a hold on the vehicle so no other dealer can do a dealer trade with the particular Camry I was looking at. They said it is a one of a kind due to it being a fully loaded XSE 4-cylinder with the black interior. If it had been the “red interior” they would have done a dealer trade. That’s the kind of business Stephen Wade runs! I’m sorry to say, but a Camry with a black interior is not “one of a kind!” If it was a TRD, I’d completely understand! Oh, the things they will pull to make you miserable and try to fall into their trap! I even spoke to my salesperson the following day to see if they were willing to meet in the middle. I asked if they’d be willing to go to $41,500 to make a deal and they still wouldn’t budge. More

When it came time to purchase a new Toyota, we gave SW a try but was less impressed with the sales experience. My advice to anyone considering buying a car from SW, don't shop payment. Shop "out-the-door"price. SW will sales slam you with too many dealer add-on's. Be prepared to shop and walk away if needed. Dealers in Vegas and SLC would love to earn your business. You can always buy your new Toyota elsewhere and still bring it into SW for service. More

We purchased a used truck in July via Cory, and we were back to test drive a truck and a 4Runner this time to replace our other older vehicle. We had done our research with the inventory listings online, and were able to narrow down what we were interested in looking at beforehand. This makes things easy. All we needed to do was to provide inventory numbers and test drive the vehicles we'd been looking at. We asked our questions about the models we were interested in, compared pros and cons, made our choice, and completed the sale. It really was just that easy. Seriously, do your research, have your list of questions ready, and know how much you are willing to spend. We cannot recommend Cory W. enough, he took the time to take care of us and provides honest feedback when asking for his opinions on certain aspects of features, and practical useage of them. We have never felt pressured to do anything when working with him or the sales team at Stephen Wade Toyota. We had to bring the used truck into the service dept for a missing piece of weather stripping, but that event went really well, and it was all stettled at no cost to us. (just our time to bring it in and have it done). We appreciate the team of Cory W, Gio, and Nate, for taking such good care of us twice in the past few months. Cheers guys! The Crabdrees. More

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Not this time! I really wanted to believe that Stephen Wade service centers were different from other dealerships (pause for laughter), but they're just as sketchy. The service team tried to scam me a second time into replacing a tire that only needed a patch. I fell for it 2 years ago with another vehicle and dropped $270 on an over priced replacement. They said things like "this tire is gonna blow" and "It's a huge safety issue", so of course I replaced it. Last week during a routine maintenance visit I told them about a slow leak. An hour later I heard the EXACT same apocalyptic horror story about this leak! I declined their offer to replace the tire and went to Sunrise by the Outlets. Sunrise removed the screw and showed me the location of the puncture. I wasn't surprised in the least to see it was in the CENTER of the tire and not "so close to the sidewall that a repair would only make it worse." If Wade's assessment of the puncture could somehow be explained away as an honest mistake I would NOT be writing this review. They clearly lied to me and I'm assuming they lied to me 2 years ago. Mr Wade, if you read this please feel free to contact me - I'd like to provide an address where you can send a check for $270. Test drove, marinated in our thoughts for a couple of days and came back to purchase before the sale ended. Cory was available on the phone and in person to answer all of our questions.
