I have a mechanic in the family who said it should be replaced how can a sealed battery leak acid any where. Made the appointment the week before to put on a rubber seal in the back hatch that was damaged when they fixed the back hatch. The service rep said I was not on the schedule because there was no opening when he made the appointment. He came to get me when the the rubber seal was done and said We will get the bill ready for the instillation. This was damaged by your people and my sales rep Danny Gilcrest had the parts mgr come out and order it at that time. Your service rep Chip said the sales rep should have taken care of the paper work I tried to explain it to him and he just walked away from me and give me my keys. I felt like I could not even ask him any questions. Was not at all pleased with your service. I have always had good service on my 2010 van for the last 7 years. Makes me wonder about my purchase of the 2020 that I bought there. This vehicle was used but still has the remainder of the factory warranty and was a Toyota certified vehicle. More

She kept in touch as we drove two days from Portland, Oregon to St. George. The closing was very smooth. Jessica provided training to help me learn the amazing electronic features. Cale Moody was first point of contact. He was professional and pleasant. However, we went for the 20,000 miles service. We were told the tires couldn’t be rotated because the mechanic couldn’t fi professional and pleasant. However, we went for the 20,000 miles service. We found the key lug by our jack in its original bag from manufacturer! More

Just purchased a Avalon Hybrid and my sales person Brian Gates was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and number one goal to make sure the customer relationships are the most important. Received a great price on the vehicle and was very satisfied. Took numerous demo drives and Brian was patient and explained all the features of each vehicle. Even though this aspect of the purchase was enjoyable I always dread going to F&I because sometimes they can be a little high pressure for the added services and contracts. Luckily my F&I person was Candace Abbott and she was awesome. Got me a great interest rate from my CU which was significantly lower than what I was originally approved for. She is friendly, knowledgeable and personable and made it an enjoyable process. Thanks again Brain and Candace, your professionalism guaranteed that my next vehicle will be from this dealer.
