I like all of the lines of Toyota's new cars and drove several to get a feel for the ride and the performance of them. Came in to get my car checked out. They sent me a list Came in to get my car checked out. They sent me a list of parts I should replace all saying "Immediate attention". So I called cause I wanted everything explained so I could decide if I did or didn't need it. The estimate they gave me was 2000 dollars. First part was 750 and I wanted to know the importance. After he explained that part to me i decided it didn't need to be replaced right away. So i tried asking about a few of the other service that needed immediate attention. Service person I talked to shutdown and would not explain it to me. Told me he'd just opt me out of everything and then completely dismissed me. When I got back. He got my car and rushed me out. He almost forgot the key they had me pay for. Will avoid in the future as much as possible. The shuttle service is the only positive of this place. More
