So I called cause I wanted everything explained so I could decide if I did or didn't need it. The estimate they gave me was 2000 dollars. First part was 750 and I wanted to know the importance. After he explained that part to me i decided it didn't need to be replaced right away. So i tried asking about a few of the other service that needed immediate attention. Service person I talked to shutdown and would not explain it to me. Told me he'd just opt me out of everything and then completely dismissed me. When I got back. He got my car and rushed me out. He almost forgot the key they had me pay for. Will avoid in the future as much as possible. The shuttle service is the only positive of this place. More

Brought 2004 Lexus in for service and was notified I needed to update fuel sensors and this could be taken care of while car was in. Never told me the parts would have to be special ordered which put me needed to update fuel sensors and this could be taken care of while car was in. Thanks to Cale Moody parts arrived that morning and made special effort to get my car back by noon. He also covered the additional expense of my rental and gave me a discount on labor & parts. Had a 10:30 app’t. Chip checked us in. At 12:45 I asked for status via text. Chip texted in 30 seconds that car was ready. Wonder how long he would have let me wait if I hadn’t text him?
