We took our car in for routine service. We haven’t been to impressed with Stephen Wade Toyota I the past but this time they were excellent. We had Dennis and he went above expectations. We had been having trouble pairing our phones with the car for the last 2 service visits and they kept telling us it was our phones, which we knew was false. Dennis took the time to try himself and found it was the car. He sent it over to his electrical specialists and they found the problem and fixed it within an hour. This was because Dennis took personal interest and took care of the problem. More
They tried to sell me services for our Toyota Camry Hybrid we had completed "AT STEPHEN WADE" in June of 2019. (I keep all the service records). Technician and/or service advisor didn't check their history data...which we have had service there several times in the last couple of years. On the oil change and tire rotation, which was the only thing due, they never filled the window washer fluid. Makes me wonder if they actually did what they were supposed to do in the first place...change the oil and rotate the tires? Service advisor or another person should be doing a little quality control. More
We have been a Toyota family for over 30 years and of the dealerships we have serviced our cars at, Stephen Wade Toyota has been incomparable. Service Advisor Cale Moody was friendly and extremely patient in answering our questions about the care and operation of our new car. His assistant and Techno Wiz Gavin showed us how to program our new mobile phones into the Bluetooth system that kept defaulting to our old phones. I contacted the Dealership to have a windshield chip repaired. I have the Toyota Premium Care package which includes windshield chip repair. When I spoke to the service representative, without confirm repaired. I have the Toyota Premium Care package which includes windshield chip repair. When I spoke to the service representative, without confirming my coverage, she told me that Toyota doesn't cover this damage. I called Toyota Financial, spoke to a representative there who confirmed the coverage and provided instructions to accommodate the claim and repair. The Toyota Financial representative told me the policy would cover chips and cracks up to 6 inches, but wouldn't cover windshield replacement. I called Stephen Wade again, and received the same reception by the service representative. I explained what I had verified with Toyota Financial, got the same dismissive response, but this time was connected to an advisor. The advisor told me he had never heard of Toyota covering windshield repairs, not even offering to validate my conversation with Toyota Financial, but to his credit did offer to repair the windshield provided the damage was smaller than a nickel. I got the impression they didn't want to be inconvenienced with such an insignificant repair, unless they should justify replacing the windshield regardless of the damage. Stephen Wade has lost a customer. From this point forward even though it might be an inconvenience for me, I'll be giving all my business and referrals to the Toyota in Salt Lake City. More
Bought my Lexus here about 2 years ago and have only brought it here to be serviced my last two experiences here have been horrible dealing with Dennis Osegueda in the service department! This man has no consideration for peoples time or the way he talks to people I was told it would take an hour to an hour and 10 min I seen my car get pulled out and was just sitting there for about 15-20 min before I finally went to ask how much longer it would be was then told just had to finish my paperwork should just be a sec continued to wait another 25 min before I asked again and was a little agitated and explained my agitation and was told I could take my vehicle somewhere else so that is what I will be doing. Thanks again Dennis osegueda for your horrible customer service and telling me how you really feel about your return customers More

I like all of the lines of Toyota's new cars and drove several to get a feel for the ride and the performance of them. They did not have a new Venza in stock but called me the next day to try one as they several to get a feel for the ride and the performance of them.
