Be VERY Careful with this dealership In May of this year I decided I wanted to purchase another Toyota 4Runner, after having owned one previously before moving from St. George. Scanning KSL Classifieds I came across a posting by Stephen Wade Nissan for a 2016 4Runner with low miles. The asking price seemed reasonable especially in view of their offer to deliver it free within 500 miles and their description of the vehicle as being in outstanding condition. After contacting the dealership and speaking with Daniel Stephenson, he again assured me of how excellent the vehicle was and sent me pictures (low resolution) taken with his phone. The negotiations moved along and ultimately we concluded the sale and the vehicle was delivered to my daughter in California. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was stunned at how I had been misled -- make that lied to. The hood had a white material in one corner that required buffing out to remove. There were numerous scratches and dings on the doors, side panels. The driver seat looked like it had a 100K miles of wear on it, looking nearly threadbare in some spots, instead of the 32K shown on the odometer. The center console had scratches. Some of the exterior scratches were removed with careful buffing, others cannot be removed. When seeing all the damage for the first time and realizing I'd been lied to, I sent Daniel Stephenson an email and I copied the general manager (who did not respond). The reply from Daniel was essentially "sorry you're not happy with the 4Runner, my manager says you bought it as is". I would not recommend this dealer and would give them a zero star if possible. More

Told me if my car was ever stolen they would pay me $5,000. Not true. The fine print says if the car is not recovered after 30 days $5,000 will go toward licensing and fees for another vehicle. Of course when you combine the odds of your car getting stolen with it not being recovered for a month, the odds are astronomically low this would happen. They are classic used car scam artists. Bought an expensive car from them, wish I gave business to someone else. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere. More

Evasive, Condescending,Abusive General Manager Rhett Praws I went to buy a new car through Costco, all was fine till I went to see Finance guy, was pushy obnoxious, when I asked about their marketing tool they I went to buy a new car through Costco, all was fine till I went to see Finance guy, was pushy obnoxious, when I asked about their marketing tool they sent out he asked me to wait outside and I could talk to GM. Marketing ploy is you get to sell them your old Nissan and they will give you up to approx $1800 plus $1000 rebate, LIES. I go to see this Rhett Prows (GM)and right off the bat he's evasive and condescending. I asked this GM about the buyback program and he says its just an outside company and he doesn't have anything to do with it. we get into the conversation I ask him who initiates this mailing and he SAYS HE DOES, HE JUST LIED TO ME!!!!!!! I said I know why your doing this but I'm not going to say why. I wanted to still buy a car. HE THEN SAYS I'M RUDE That was it I said I'm Leaving and while I'm walking out he is 3 steps behind me BERATING ME!!!!! I said I will let Costo know about this and he says GOOD I DON'T CARE!! What a Fool, no problem I will go to Vegas and save money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP OF THIEVES AND ANY WADE COMPANIES, NO COMPETITION, NO FREE CAR WASHES, LIARS DELUXE!! If possible negative 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at their ratings HORRIBLE!!!! Contact Costco, Nissan North America, AND COMPLAIN!!!! More
If I bought another Nissan, it wouldn't be from Stephen Wade I spent two hours in the Finance manager office and got so tired I signed their contract. When I got home went through it and nothing we had talked ab I spent two hours in the Finance manager office and got so tired I signed their contract. Service on car traveling thru Stopped to have oil changed. Staff was courteous and efficient. Did a great job cleaning 3000 miles of bugs off the car.
