Well they wouldn't I screwed up with the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle and didn't have salesman put it in writing (My mistake) They are like most car dealers dishonest liars, I would recommend another car selling establishment. If they had the vehicle I wanted I would have went there More

Great service Got same day service, great service personnel -- oil and filter change. Price was close to independent shops. Excellent waiting area and coffee. My Got same day service, great service personnel -- oil and filter change. Price was close to independent shops. Excellent waiting area and coffee. My experience was not like some of the other recent reviews. I purchased my truck used from them a few months ago and had mufflers replaced and a rear view camera installed -- those prices were higher than independent shops, but the work was well done. My only negative problem with these dealerships (and others in the past as well, not counting the "game" of "I need to run this by my manager..."), and which also recently happened at SW-Mazda, was after I'd agreed on a price with the sales person, the finance officer in both cases (different individuals) added back some changes I thought we'd agreed to omit (security etchings, and trade in valuation), and blew off my objection. I have in past walked out when this happened, but these times I didn't (had problems with other St. George auto sales peoples' lack of knowledge of the vehicle and/or honesty which I personally didn't see at either Stephen Wade dealership). In the past, prior to these recent experiences, I got so tired by my local experiences in St. George, I purchased a car in Kanab -- but then a warranty issue was honored by SW Mazda, which caused me to change to start using SW service for most of my current service requirements, over independents. Lied about repairs needed!!! I spent 90% of my time on the road and drive a Nissan Rouge with a CVT. I understand how a CVT works and know when it needs the oil changed out. I was I spent 90% of my time on the road and drive a Nissan Rouge with a CVT. I understand how a CVT works and know when it needs the oil changed out. I was on a business trip to St. George, UT and it was time to get the CVT oil changed so I took it to Stephen Wade Nissan. The service manager was very nice and was able to work me right in. When the oil change was done the Tech took the service manager out to my Rouge and then the manager came in and talked to me. I am pretty mechanically inclined and the Tech tried to tell me that my Rouge needed a 400.00 dollar repair now because the oil cooler was leaking. I asked him to show me where it was leaking and I could not see any oil drips on the engine. I had not every seen any oil drips on the cement where I park my Rouge at home either. I asked him where the oil was and he told me he had wiped it off but it was running down the passenger side of the engine and would only be getting worse and it could leave me stranded. Since I am on the road a lot in remote areas this concerned me. I declined the immediate repair as I knew I could do it my self. Well sure enough when I got home my Rouge had developed a leak and was dripping right where the Tech said it would. I ordered a new oil cooler and when I went to put it in found that the oil cooler was on the opposite side of the engine as the Tech told me it was and it was not leaking. I traced the leak back from the bottom of the engine to the top and found the problem. Someone had taken the gasket/O ring off of my oil filler cap and oil was blowing out from around the cap and running down the engine right where the Tech said it was going to. I replaced the oil cap and no more leaks! Kind of funny how it was not leaking until the Tech told me it was going to. They were kind of pushy trying to get me to replace the oil cooler right then for 400.00. More

One star is to much If you would like to be belittled , told what kind of car you should drive. Have the old " we can't find your keys act." Held hostage, then go here.. If you would like to be belittled , told what kind of car you should drive. Have the old " we can't find your keys act." Held hostage, then go here.. ask for Cory Wagner. He will take the time to tell you how great he is. What a pleasure . He will also tell you the car you are looking at is sold ,even if it's still on the lot because Cory thinks you should buy the more expense car you really don't want. Don't go here.. take your money some where else.. More

I came across Stephen Wade and chatted with Greg. His knowledge of Nissan was amazing. His honesty really good(which is hard to find with car salesmen) he knew what I wanted and had it waiting for me by the showroom so I didn’t have to walk around the lot in the scorching heat. I would recommend buying More

**Non-existing repairs needed** I returned 2 days after the sale to me on a Saturday to have the car checked out for a noise. Until they realized they had given me a 90 day warranty, I returned 2 days after the sale to me on a Saturday to have the car checked out for a noise. Until they realized they had given me a 90 day warranty, still in effect, the mechanics invented $2,000 in repairs needed. Suddenly, they were’nt needed when the company was faced with covering cost of the work. I bought the car thru Nissan, but it turned out that Wade Chevrolet owned the vehicle, acquired as a trade in. Salvador Ibarra was not the problem. The Nissan mechanics and Chevrolet Managers listed below were, lying to me about the facts of the situation. **Call me for documented details before you buy: 770-851-9981** More
