The service department is great! I needed some repair work done to my Jeep under warranty. Great folks, but the shop supplies policy really sucks I had a new key programmed for my 2017 RAM. It was basically a $60 total fee, I had a 10% off coupon but got hit $60 anyway due to their policy of ad I had a new key programmed for my 2017 RAM. It was basically a $60 total fee, I had a 10% off coupon but got hit $60 anyway due to their policy of adding a 10% shop supply fee. What shop supplies were used to program a key??? It is just a way to extort an additional 10% profit on a service call. More
