Our salesman, Mr. Clay Williams, was knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, polite. Our new vehicle was ready when promised. The entire transaction was hassle-free. Cool under pressure When I dropped off my vehicle at my appointed time I could tell that the service department was very busy. My service rep was a bit rushed and I felt that it might turn into a bad experience. They didn't contact me before the close of day, but I did get a call around 8:00 pm with an update. The car was ready the next day and the problems I took it in for were corrected. Unfortunately, a new problem arose and I drove back to the dealership. The service rep took care of the issue immediately and was very courteous. What could have been a frustrating service visit turned out to be handled quite well. More

Oil change fix About a month after I had my oil changed at Wade Chrysler on my Dodge truck I noticed an oil leak which appeared to be coming from the oil filter. I About a month after I had my oil changed at Wade Chrysler on my Dodge truck I noticed an oil leak which appeared to be coming from the oil filter. I drove in to the dealership at about 540 pm and asked what I would need to do to make an appointment to come in. They close at 6 pm. Garrett told me that they would take my truck in right away and change out the oil filter which may be bad. Within about 20 minutes they replaced the oil filter and topped off the oil for me. Thanks for the great last minute service! More

We helped set up an immediate appointment and also provided a loaner for our use while the part was being installed. As to why we needed this - we purchased a 2016 Cherokee that we were assured was absolutely towable behind a motorhome but we found out that was not the case and we needed to have another part installed to make it so. We should be reimbursed the $310.54 we spent to make it safely towable. More
