Yay!/nay:( They were extremely efficient and got my recalled airbag replaced in a jiffy, YAY! However, I was told it would take 2-4 hours to do the service, so I had to move heaven and earth to adjust my out of town schedule to allow for that much time. When I got there, they said it would only take 30 minutes. I asked why I was given such a large time span of 2-4 hours and I was told because they never know if a service Bay and/or tech will be available, so they have to quote that. This is unacceptable! I made an appt 3 weeks in advance, for when I’d be in town for the day, so I would expect a tech and service Bay to be ready for me at that time, and the ACCURATE service time to be quoted and the work completed within that timeframe. It made me feel like their time was more important than mine. That’s the “Nay.” More
