"Fine" My vehicle was close to what was described online. I had to ask for some money off because of the big dent (large enough to make the blind spot monito My vehicle was close to what was described online. I had to ask for some money off because of the big dent (large enough to make the blind spot monitors not work) that was not shown in the pics, and nobody seemed to know about until I pointed it out. Sales women Elizabeth was very nice, but was the middle women to Blair the manager who was fine, just always seemed to be in a hurry. When I brought the truck back the next day b/c I found more dents in the roof, they did pull them for "free", but I'm glad I saw them before I left town. Blair said if I pull these dents out for you I need to know that will be it, and I won't bring the truck back for anything else. My replay was asking Blair to put hiself in my shoes, or if his son was in my shoes, what he would do.... never really got an answer on that one..... He kept saying he's loosing money, but really they're just not making as much money on me. I will say when I first called about the vehicle it had already been sent to auction, and they did go get it for me. So that was nice of them. I mean not all bad, but that was my first and last time to buy from a dealer. More
