A new car to us. I found the car I'd been looking for. We made an appointment at 2:30 pm and the sales person was there right on time. He was very helpful in showing I found the car I'd been looking for. We made an appointment at 2:30 pm and the sales person was there right on time. He was very helpful in showing us every aspect of the cars that were in our price range and every feature and detail of the car we were interested in. The process of buying the car was very efficient and timely. We felt that we were dealt with very fairly and the conversation made us feel welcome and not pressured. Mr. Baker was also very kind and we were very impressed with the way things were handled. I've bought four cars now from Steven Wade. I will continue to praise their business ethics. We needed a new car because ours was having problems and we did not want to put any more money to have it fixed. We walked onto the lot and were immediately greeted by a salesman. Mr. Ballard was very nice and took us into his office to show us what inventory they had that fit our price range. He showed us several cars and we found one we liked. We chose the Buick Lucerne. We liked the way we were treated and Mr. Ballard took the time to explain all the wonderful features of our new car. We had our picture taken with the new car. It was actually a fun experience buying our car. We were treated very well and were not pressured to buy. Thanks for a very pleasant car buying experience. Ken Ballard was awesome. More
Buying a certified used car I'm not usually the type of being whom will go out of their way to write a review for a service, but I felt my experience at Stephen wade was exceptio I'm not usually the type of being whom will go out of their way to write a review for a service, but I felt my experience at Stephen wade was exceptional enough to do so. My first impression wasn't that convincing; a lot of their "deals" online were still around $1,000 - $2,000 above market asking price which is not a "fair" deal nor a good or great. But of course anyone buying a car should know it doesn't hurt to ask. You can't blame a dealer for giving you a listing price if you never offered an amount or questioned the initial asking price. I only state this because a lot of people question Stephen Wade's business practice. I'm sure you've all heard "buyer remorse" stories, speaking negatively in regards to sales. On 12/31/2015 I experienced quite the opposite, and I am a happy owner of a certified used 2014 Chevy Impala 2LTZ. In fact I wouldn't have such a vehicle if a specific member of the sales team Ken Ballard didn't insist on such a delightful sedan. Ken listened to my interests & needs in regards to what I was searching and in hopes for and was able to pair me with a vehicle I never thought i'd fall for, or say I was in love with. I initially went in thinking i'd be a proud owner of a Cadillac; but left with a Chevy. Ken made it a point to put me in something safe, he was extremely explanatory, I knew every detail from tire to trim after each test drive, thus why the 2015 Cadillac ATS was actually out-shined by this beautiful Impala. Getting this vehicle wasn't that easy; after years of misery in my previous vehicle that was permanently damaged from an accident, I finally was able to get it paid off. However I ran into some slight credit issues that only would temporarily damage me then. After getting denied from my previous credit union (after initially having a 2.29% interest rate) I was now not worth even considering. I decided to head to the dealership and at least give Ken the time of day to talk in person. I felt terrible for leading such an exceptional salesmen on. The poor man spent three days of test drives and re-test drives with me. it's the least I could do. After speaking with Ken and budging on the price for the car, he made it an effort to explain to his team and his finance manager Tyler Baker that he didn't want to take no for an answer. Unforgettably I left that day without a car, It was nearly 8pm new years eve and Tyler had done everything he could that night. But he asked me to give him some time and to not give up on him; that he would get back to be that next Saturday. I had agreed to his offer, only to meet with a terrible fate of being stuck in my fathers car that I had borrowed that wouldn't start. The staff insisted helping me, even offered me rides in the sense something might happen or that I was too cold. I managed on my own but it was extremely heart warming that the staff would would keep such concern. Saturday came quickly and I couldn't help but worry i'd be finding myself a 5k car off the streets. Luckily Tyler had called me early that afternoon and told me to come get my car! in confusion I headed over to his office to go over the details. Tyler had worked all morning and managed to get me a low interest rate with a preferred credit union for the exact monthly payment I was expecting. I don't know how he managed, but the thing to remember is he tried; no matter the benefit he may or may not be receiving from the sale and added warranty. Now i'd like to quickly go over the paperwork process. Tyler is a finance manager, it is expected for the paper work to move accordingly with accuracy. It would be nonsensical any other way. I'm preaching the rumors of Stephen Wade not stating options or add-ons that could or could not be included with the purchase of the vehicle. Everything was in fine print spoken in rough-draft. Any person not being able to catch what you're singing up for and knowing the fine details is at their own expense. You get what you sign for. I've never had such a delightful quality of work and customer service through my years of purchasing cars. This car wasn't just about making sales, it was about making me a customer for life. I'm glad to say that within the next few years when i'm ready for a new car, I will be doing my business here at Stephen Wade. -Halie Evelynn More

Our salesperson returned calls as promised and was very accommodating to our needs. This was important because we live in another state. Everything was ready for us on the day we went to pick up our Cadillac SRX. We were introduced to the service department team and other departments and everyone congratulated us on our new car. Our sale person even had the radio station set to Christmas music. These may sound like little things, but it made the whole experience a pleasure. We are telling everyone that we know about the service we received. More

Great experience A past experience in purchasing a used truck along with great service while on a different road trip having an issue at closing time on a Friday broug A past experience in purchasing a used truck along with great service while on a different road trip having an issue at closing time on a Friday brought me to Stephen Wade on a simple walk and kick tires looking trip. The wife was interested in the Camaro. Again just looking. I had an idea of cost and the deals that were available at other locations. Mitch walked out to greet us and took us up to the upper lot to view all the inventory. Great guy. I'm not a fan of car salesman to say the least but Mitch was smooth. In a good way. No pressure no haggle. Knowledgeable about the products and the store and dealer policies. Not very often a man will look you in the eye and focus on what you are saying these days especially if he's trying to sell you something. Mitch on the other hand.... well we bought a new Camaro at Stephen Wade and my wife loves it and the experience was pleasurable. The Finance manager spoke very fast. I was already on top of the sale and understood the numbers so that was not an issue. She was great as well. Also, it was almost closing time for the parts department but I was able to buy some interior specialty parts for my 2007 Chevy Duramax while waiting for the Camaro paperwork to finish up. The guy behind the counter went above and beyond to help. Not sure what his name was but I will def shop through Stephen Wade for my Chevy Parts. More
