John was so helpful explaining the difference between the 2 cars I was looking at. He had an approved loan waiting for me within 15 minutes from the start of our conversation. That was great because we had our mind made up before we even showed up. John was not pushy at all, the Sales manager, I forget his name got all the paperwork ready for me and I set a time to come back and everything was done. I had totaled my car and John personally took me to Collision center to get my personal things out of my car. What a pleasant experience I had at Steven Wade. I would highly recommend John again.
