She educated me on all the upgrades VW has available in their new Passats so I could narrow down my search. She went the extra mile and offered advice on the local area and what I should expect moving back to the U.S. The entire process was painless and the entire team was professional, proficient and always kind and respectful. Jeff McKasson won the business for Lee by his overall approach and integrity. Experiences with the other dealers besides Lee included: multiple UNRETURNED calls and phone messages; badmouthing other dealers; price gouging due to limited supply of the car I wanted. Jeff McKasson and Lee Subaru in contrast were personable, responded with alacrity, tolerated and even pleasantly welcomed my multiple shopping trips to their dealership and test drives. Whereas the other dealerships undercut my trust, Lee Subaru and Jeff McKasson upheld it and earned it even more with each encounter. They accommodated my specific requests with pleasure. The Subaru survey asks the wrong questions in my view and so many of them I had to answer above average, because your questions didn't reflect the exceptional qualities in what Lee Subaru and Jeff McKasson did for me. I hope that my integrity in answering your wrong question accurately doesn't get misinterpreted as any insufficiency on the part of Lee Subaru and Jeff McKasson. Also I should say that manager Kim and salesman Tony Santos were also pleasant contributors to my purchasing decision process. More

People use to tell my brother (my car lot manager) and I, that we were too honest to be car dealers! I don't believe you can ever be "too honest". Yes, integrity and trust have faded somewhat from our society. But my experience with Stacy Riley in purchasing the new 2015 Subaru Outback was an experience in doing what you say you're going to do. She promised to order the exact car my wife and I wanted. The color she proposed was a new and unknown selection to us. But we believed she truly knew the market well enough to make that proposal. It turned out to be one spectacular color! My wife fell in love with it immediately, car and color! It took some time to get it ordered and we were out of town when it came in. Stacy called and said when you get back, call me and I'll have it ready. It was one busy day for the dealership and I could tell everyone had several customers to take care of and this team of sales professionals were more than up to the task. We can't thank Stacy enough for getting us this fine automobile and in this color. Great choice Stacy. You know your stuff. It has been a real pleasure having you handle our purchase.
