Service I have a 2015 Outback and have had to have the radio computer system replaced once already and I'm waiting on another unit to replace the replacement. I have a 2015 Outback and have had to have the radio computer system replaced once already and I'm waiting on another unit to replace the replacement. The first radio's screen became unreadable and the replacement keeps coming on and turning off. This radio system contains the navigation system, back up camera, maintenance systems, and more. it's basically the entire interface system for the car. I've also had a warning light come on that the first service tech said he wasn't sure what it was since it wasn't on when he looked at it but he thought it was the transmission and said to come back if it happened again. Well it did and it went back and it turns out that it was the tire low pressure system saying that 3 of the 4 sensors were asleep and the tech had no idea why. He woke them up and then the radio issue started. I don't know if my radio problems are due to something the tech did or just bad luck. However, the service department said they would have me a radio overnighted and that they would contact me to confirm. After waiting for them to call for two days I called them and the service rep said I'm sorry I forgot to call and it's going to take 2 to 3 weeks to get a new one in. That's a huge change from overnight to 2-3 weeks and you couldn't even call and tell me. This isn't the first time he's forgotten to call. I also ordered some touchup paint and had the same exact problem. Overnight no problem, we'll call you, again no call so I call them and what do you know it'll be a few weeks. So I've come to the conclusion that this dealers service department is lacking in both knowledge and customer support. Come on guys you can do better than oops I forgot to call and tell you I lied about the overnight thing. Is this your standard way of doing business? Is this how bait a customer, with promises of a quick and painless process and then conveniently forget to call the customer back. I really hope your service improves because as of now, you're loosing a customer for both service and future sales. More

At first sales persons were nice and friendly before I purchased car. I was looking to buy a 2006 volts wagon it only had 51,000 miles in good condition I thought. Sales persons are only nice, convincing, considerate to you during buying process. After I purchased vehicle sales persons all turned nasty, disrespectful, un- willing to help me out. The first day after I purchased used vehicles the engine light came on. I took vehicle back the next day, wanting a refund because I didn't want headache of figuring out what's wrong with the car. I was told that I would not get a refund in a rude sarcastic way by Roy and Kim. These two are the highest associates to deal with at volts wagon. I told them that I purchased two separate vehicles at other dealerships that both times engine light came on. An with no questions asked. They refunded me all my money. But no volts wagon doesn't want to help you after you purchase vehicles from them. They are a bunch of crooks in my opinion. So now I still have this car that the engine light keeps coming on. I have took my car to another auto mechanic shop. I was told their is a leak in the transmission. I had the paper work to show volts wagon. The said to me no thats not what's wrong. It's the gas cap. I have been back and forth with them to help me fix this problem with the car I purchased from them. An it has been nothing but a nightmare. I feel that I have been taken advantaged of. All I would like is a full refund. But they won't do that. They are dragging their xxx as long as they can so the two month warranty that I have through them runs out. Very dissatisfied customer. Buyers beware So update on my end; my nightmare is over with the 2006 volts wagon and volts wagons dealership. I traded in vehicle for a brand new 2016. No worries for me. Plus dealer did smog test the first week I had car. Not the day the service department put gas cap on. Bunch of liars just to look good on their end. Paid liars More

The friendly clown can get some gulable grown up to believe they are doing all they can to fix your car, when the car is sitting in parking lot and no body has done nothing to it. Finally decided the so call service department testing and putting parts on vehicle didn't fix a thing, I decided to pick up my vehicle to transport to Tallahassee dealership where they can do real troubleshooting on an air conditioner system. Everybody I talk to were just puppets you as a review are in convenience if review is derogatory you will not post. So this is something I will never trust. More

She went the extra mile and offered advice on the local area and what I should expect moving back to the U.S. The entire process was painless and the entire team was professional, proficient and always kind and respectful.
