Very easy to work with, no pushy sales pitch, didn't try to sell us a certain type or trim. He allowed the amazing Subaru to sell itself and he was extremely accommodating when it came time to deal with the numbers. He and Kim Eberhart(sales manager) worked diligently to work out the cost. When the dust settled...they actually ended up beating the price I was wanting to pay!! Unfortunately, the exact car that we wanted was not available and they would've had to order it. That's the down side of living in a small town and having a small dealership I suppose. We were in a hurry and not able to wait the 6-8 weeks for the car. So we actually ended up driving quite a distance (6 hrs.) to purchase the car at another dealer. All of that said, I am looking forward to working and dealing with them in the future for what I expect will be another Subaru joining our family soon. They will get our business next time!! We went in there ready to buy, love Subarus in general, we were told that they make no deals and it is what it is! Really? So I called the next day and got an employee, Stacey Riley, who actually sold me a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek! I was very pleased with her and I love my Subaru! However, we are now in the market for the WRX and went up to Lee Subaru this am and we told we could not drive a preowned WRX because they don't wanna put miles on it!!!! Really!? After I bought a 30,000$ car from them!!!!! My in laws are also ready to buy a Subaru! They just lost about 80,00$!!!! I will never step foot into that business again!!!!! I also have a VW that I bought there and they told me that the air conditioner needed time to get cold! Well the whole thing was broken and it was on my dime!!! They would not help At all! I am a disabled veteran and my husband is an engineer with the US AIR FORCE! I am appalled at this and I will gladly take my business to Pensacola!!!! Good riddance! xxxx poor customer service!!!! I plan on letting the Subaru corporation that people that represent them are turning around hard working military families money!!!!!!! More

We talked on t This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I contacted Lee Subaru via email and Stacey Riley contacted me immediately. We talked on the phone a couple of times and also via text and email. I wasn't sure if we wanted to buy a New Subaru that was in stock or order one. I decided to order one and get exactly what I wanted. I wasn't sure if the cost was going to be more since I was ordering but Stacey assured me I could still get a great price whether ordering or buying off the lot. Stacey was up front and honest about everything. I wouldn't say I was a difficult customer but I asked a lot of questions about the vehicle I was buying, the pricing and the financing. Stacey always had the answer or she found out and contacted me immediately. Kim Eberhart also helped out and made it a wonderful buying experience. Everybody at the dealership came out to introduce themselves including the service manager, and the other salespersons. We received a fair deal and we would recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a Subaru. When it came time to finance Stacey said in our first conversation that Lee Subaru could do better than most everybody's interest rates. I had my doubts so I shopped my local bank, credit union, USAA and online banks. I did find a decent rate but Jeff West (Business Manager) was able to do a little better, which made purchasing our new Subaru very easy. We showed up to the dealership to pick up the vehicle and all the paperwork was ready, a couple of signatures and we were done. Stacey took the time to go over the vehicle with us and explained all of the electronics and accessories. We could have bought our vehicle at our local Subaru dealership in Pensacola thinking we would support our local dealer, but found that after test driving there and talking to the salesman we felt like it was going to be another typical deal where the salesperson is only thinking of themselves and not the customer being happy. Stacey was more upfront with everything and we weren't being told typical car buying lines from the salesperson. I live in Portland Oregon and she's active duty Navy stationed near the dealership. Jeff was happy to jump on speaker phone with me during the sales process to talk through a short list of vehicles that she was considering. We talked through warranty, trim options and other features. I wanted to allow her to make this decision "on her own" but wanted to be there for her questions. My daughter has called me, sent texts and pictures nearly daily telling how much she loves her car and so happy she was able to work with the good ppl at Lee Volkswagen.
