Needed repair that could only be done by a dealership Marvin arranged for needed parts to be available so when I brought my car in repair could be done quickly without delay waiting for the parts. Previously I used an another Volkswagon service department (since 2010). With this repair I was unable to even speak with the service department before scheduling repair. Marvin was incredibly helpful. He explained repair needed gave projected cost scheduled appointment and even had parts available. I am a widow with one vehicle. I can't begin to express how helpful is was to not have to be without a car waiting for parts. The entire team at FWB Volkswagon were kind, helpful, courteous, and professional. More
