We started at a completely different dealership (not a Step One store) that we have been loyal to in the past. Our usual salesman made a call to Tracy and his guys at Performance Cars of Niceville, because the car we were looking for, and price, was not available where we started. We showed up at Performance, greeted by Andrew, or new salesman, and Tracy, the manager. We test drove the car, completed an app, and Daniel (the finance guru) found us the best lender and best rate possible. The whole process was so painless, effortless, and fast. Andrew helped with switching everything from the old car to the new and had is ready to go the moment the ink dried to the contact. We definitely would recommend these guys over and over again. Oh, and these guys were 100% transparent with the cost and fees involved. The bent over backwards to get our deal done at a cost we thought was only a dream. More
