Dealer DOES NOT STAND behind their sales I helped a friend buy a car from these folks since I bought one with my son and their used cars are supposedly "certified" and inspected. WELL, we re I helped a friend buy a car from these folks since I bought one with my son and their used cars are supposedly "certified" and inspected. WELL, we recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic and unfortunately he was in a parking lot accident and when the body shop removed the front bumper, they found out that the vehicle had been in a head on collision and the energy absorption bumper was bent back almost to the A/C condenser and if the vehicle was in another accident there would be NO energy lose and the engine would probably be in the driver's lap. We went to the dealer and showed them pictures of the previously undisclosed damage and despite their reputation they declined to help out with the bill ($500) at all!! The safety ramifications aside, I thought that their reputation would drive them to at least help out with something! Bottom line.......don;t buy a dealer "certified" car and think you are better off. YOU ARE NOT!!! Buyer beware!!! More
