The Finance Manager is rude. Me and my wife went in to look at car for our daughter for college. We went into Niceville location and the salesman was real helpful. We went inside and we were still not sure as we had a few other cars we wanted to look at. The Finance Manager was trying to pressure us into filling out credit information and we told him when we do decide we are members of local credit union. He was real pushy and didn't even listen to what we had to say. We left and ended up purchasing a car in Ft Walton. Beware if you go there and have to deal with Finance Manager Joe... We have purchased many cars from Lee dealerships over the years and we will not come back. More

Unresponsive to customer needs Thought I bought a "certified" vehicle, but windshield wipers had to be replaced by them a couple of days later. Chip in the windshield was not fixed Thought I bought a "certified" vehicle, but windshield wipers had to be replaced by them a couple of days later. Chip in the windshield was not fixed and I had to put new tires on the truck because the back ones were too far gone. They said they were fine but Goodyear did a test of them and said they were okay on the front but the back ones should never have been passed. Tried to get them to help me for over a week an a half with no resolve. I just wanted to see the report that they did all the inspections and that the vehicle was "Certified". They finally called me after me calling them for two days straight and said they would run it back through the certification process but I am leaving town in a day and don't have the time to get it done before I leave. There was an aftermarket blue tooth device installed but no manual and all it did was blink a blue light all the time and they were not able to help me figure it out, so I just disconnected it. They were really helpful when trying to sell the vehicle but when it came to "EVERYTHING" else they just didn't care. I will never buy a vehicle from them or any other Lee Automotive Dealership and I have bought several in the past. More
