Nell is AWESOME!!! After seeking out several dealers in the FWB and Panama City area (as in 15 dealers to be exact) I was discouraged to say the least. After watching a commercial for the Optima one night I decided what was one more try... The next day I received a call from Nell who listened to what I was looking for, what was important to me in a vehicle, and she went from there. While I originally was looking at the Optima, I ended up with the 2015 Forte which has turned out the be a dream! The payments were lower than what I was anticipating and the all around experience was like shopping at the mall with your best friend. Nell did everything in her power to make sure I was happy with the purchase, never once treating me like a customer with an ATM card. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who will listen and I will definitely come back to Lee KIA (specifically Nell) if I ever need another car. Thank you Nell for making what normally can be a time consuming process, a breeze... You are one of the kindest people I have ever met and it was such a pleasure to do business with you! More
