Best Ever car purchase In January of this year, we purchased a KIA from Pensacola KIA. Yes, we are consenting adults, but we didn’t get a good deal or car from them. We paid In January of this year, we purchased a KIA from Pensacola KIA. Yes, we are consenting adults, but we didn’t get a good deal or car from them. We paid almost $20,000 for a KIA Rio. The car had manual roll-up windows. The salesperson told us this upfront. We were okay with this; however, we never noticed that there were no power locks until we got home. They didn’t mention this to us. We never received a survey or a thank you for dropping the $20,000. We decided we wanted a KIA Soul. We knew we didn’t want to go back to Pensacola KIA. We went online to see what Lee Kia of Ft. Walton Beach offered. We saw reviews about them and they were positive. Nell McClaflin had great reviews. From the first time that we talked we knew we were in good hands. She is awesome! But, it does take a village to sell a car. Tim Copeland, general manager, introduced himself to us and thanked us for coming to Lee KIA. Bruce, finance manager, was on his game also. He ensured we knew everything we needed to know about our purchase. Saving the best for last… Nell is absolutely awesome! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and FUN! We told her what we wanted; she got us that and much more! We bought our KIA Soul, which is pretty much loaded, for the price of the KIA Rio at Pensacola KIA. Needless to say, we are just sick about the RIO purchase from KIA Pensacola. We bought our car on Saturday, March 21st. On Monday, we received a call from Nell asking how things were with the car. This call meant a lot to us. During the week, we’ve received a survey and a thank you letter from Lee Kia of Ft. Walton Beach. We recommend Lee KIA of Ft. Walton hands down! Nell is AWESOME!!! After seeking out several dealers in the FWB and Panama City area (as in 15 dealers to be exact) I was discouraged to say the least. After watching a commercial for the Optima one night I decided what was one more try... The next day I received a call from Nell who listened to what I was looking for, what was important to me in a vehicle, and she went from there. While I originally was looking at the Optima, I ended up with the 2015 Forte which has turned out the be a dream! The payments were lower than what I was anticipating and the all around experience was like shopping at the mall with your best friend. Nell did everything in her power to make sure I was happy with the purchase, never once treating me like a customer with an ATM card. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who will listen and I will definitely come back to Lee KIA (specifically Nell) if I ever need another car. Thank you Nell for making what normally can be a time consuming process, a breeze... You are one of the kindest people I have ever met and it was such a pleasure to do business with you! More
