The service department is horrible. They have not called me back in over a month. I’m still waiting on them to email my insurance company the codes to get the estimate approved. Had my Cadillac 2020 XT6 service 4/3/24 for Rear AC blower motor, hands free lift gate sensor and oil change. There was an issue with warranty date that could of gone either way but, Michelle and Patr blower motor, hands free lift gate sensor and oil change. We want to thank Patrick and the rest of the Service Dept. for diagnosing a "converter shudder" in our XT5 (our vehicle would shudder when changing gears between 20-30mph). We had driven down for holid Dept. for diagnosing a "converter shudder" in our XT5 (our vehicle would shudder when changing gears between 20-30mph). We had driven down for holiday from Canada and the last thing we needed was a vehicle problem. We showed up un-announced at the dealer on a Saturday morning and they were able to get is in first thing on Monday morning. We were out of there by 9am after having a full diagnostic, road test and inspection of the issue. Ultimatly, they replaced the transmission fluid and put in an additive. More importantly they reassured us that we were not going to get stuck at the side of the road. Patrick is the Service Advisor that we dealt with and he was excellent. Also a shout out to the tech Gerald Lemons and the Service Manager. Great service! More
I would not recommend this dealership for service. I tried to get my window in the back of my truck fixed because it was leaking. They said I will have to leave my vehicle there for two days for them to do a test on it but they said I will have to wait for a loaner and I would have to be put on the list. Almost 2 months goes by with multiple phone calls to them and they kept saying that I’m still on the list . The last time I called they said pretty much customers that have been there longer(as in years) and has spent more money than me was pretty much head of the line. I wish I knew the guys name that was in charge of loaner vehicles, I would not recommend working with him. Like I said, the more money you spend with them the better quality customer service you get the less money you spend the less quality customer service you will get. I would highly recommend Allen Turner Chevrolet if you need any work done on a GM product. They are by far better than this place. More
The service department was excellent. Pulled in the covered area and out of the weather. The service manager, Josh, had an iPad and all my information already. Took some pictures of my truck and walked me to his office. Explained all the processes and told me how the pricing worked. I had a warranty from a third party and he explained the deductible. Told him we had family coming into town and would need my truck back by Friday. He was upfront about time it would take and I left the truck with him on Monday. I can't have my phone at work, so Josh texted me the details and approvals from warranty company by Wednesday. He also informed me they found more issues than just what I noticed and he got the approval to fix them as well. He gave me an updated time to completion and texted me as soon as the work was finished on Thursday. Went and picked the truck up that evening. Josh greeted me as I walked in, explained all the services completed and walked me over to the cashier so I could pay my deductible and he wane to pull my truck around. Checked out the work and couldn't be happier with Josh and the tech, Jeffery Scott, who did the work. Great experience and will certainly take my truck back to Fort Walton Cadillac for next service. Your scheduling system is not very customer friendly I got a coupon yesterday for a 20% credit on my next service and it was supposedly good for 30 days. I attempted to schedule an appointment for next S got a coupon yesterday for a 20% credit on my next service and it was supposedly good for 30 days. I attempted to schedule an appointment for next Sat (!-11) at 11:30, that was impossible. So I tried to schedule for the following week and the system didn’t allow this. Somebody should tell the service manager that his system is poorly designed. Dan More
It's bad when the dealership can't fix their own vehicles without trying to upsale then get mad and tell you to come get your vehicle because you won't buy their part. According to the service paperwork didn without trying to upsale then get mad and tell you to come get your vehicle because you won't buy their part. According to the service paperwork didn't do as asked . We knew the ecm wasn't sending signals so brought it in to see if it was programmed right and of course they didn't check the programming liked asked to. plus guess price went up real bad last time i was told $1375 this time they wanted $1241 just for the part. Then had to get my paperwork corrected after they were trying to charge $260 for diagnostic. Service manager corrected it fast and so apologetically. So unless you intend on buying their parts I wouldn't take my vehicle there for service car seat there for a month and just got a call last week More
had our 2015 Cadillac serviced today. From the time I drove into the service bay until the time I left, I was treated with the utmost respect. Everyone was professional. The waiting room was comfortable and spotless. They even had a guest internet connection that was amazing. I could not have asked more from my service advisor, Josh Banning. My tech was Julian Kalata. All the work was done to my satisfaction. The lady at the desk where I paid was friendly and efficient. Kudos to Cadillac Fort Walton Beach for having wonderful customer service during this time when it is hard to find even mediocre customer service! More

I explained to the service rep that the car is seldom driven as my mother no longer drives. I told him that in addition to replacing the starter ($916) that I noticed 2 alerts on the dash, an airbag service alert and a brake service alert. I wanted those checked out and to please give the car a thorough check for any other issues. When I picked up the car, the two alerts are still ever present on the dash. Also on my paperwork it states several things that are inaccurate. 1. States that customer declined service. So I paid $975.18 for a declined service? 2. The car was given a 27 point MPI multi-point vehicle inspection. So they missed the alerts about the airbag and the brakes? Alerts that I would think are important. 3. VIP wash and vac completed. The inside of the car was not vacuumed and the exterior was dirty. My mistake, taking my mother's cadillac to the local cadillac dealership for service. Obviously this dealership is not a quality dealership. Step One Automotive group, owner of 26 dealerships in Florida, Georgia & Alabama. At least I, and my siblings know which 26 dealerships to avoid in the future. More
