Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback.We did research the two visits to our service department mentioned above. The charge to program the two fobs was a 1 hour labor charge. We did need to reschedule you because your first visit was later in the day and all that was requested could not be accomplished in that amount of time. Your advisor should have given you the quote from parts at the beginning of the repair for the bad tire sensor and he was unaware that a diagnosis of the bad sensor would make the other three need a reprogramming after the faulty sensor was replaced. We would like to offer you free installation of the sensor and programming for all of the sensors. Your cost would just be the part itself which is $109.00 plus tax. Please call us at your convenience at 850-244-5165, ext. 218 and we would be glad to schedule an appointment as convenient as possible to your needs. We apologize for your inconvenience.

I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, somebody should have reviewed my Vehicle and let me know I had recalls. Also the service advisor said I had 48% left on oil change, and asked if I wanted to wait until a later time to change. I said I scheduled an oil change because it was at 30% when I scheduled. It was which was was 28% that day, so that was another issue I had. I spent alot of money on my 2020 Denali, drove from Pensacola to get my first service done at FWB, where I purchased the vehicle. I traded my other Truck because of poor service department. Not a happy customer!

When you came to our Dealership, We tried to be accommodating as possible. We stayed late to assist you in the purchase of a pre-owned truck. The truck you traded in had transmission problems that we were not made aware of. You returned home towing a camper from Florida to Kentucky and said you experienced transmission issues again which could have been the camper or how it was towed. When you traded that vehicle in, we could not unwind the deal. One of your concerns was to pay 2 processing fees. That was because they were 2 separate transactions. There have been numerous negative posts about this situation from you and our position is you were treated in a fair and ethical manner.
