Do they have negative stars? I took my Mother's 2007 cadillac into this dealership when the starter failed. I explained to the service rep that the car is seldom driven as my mother no longer drives. I told him that in addition to replacing the starter ($916) that I noticed 2 alerts on the dash, an airbag service alert and a brake service alert. I wanted those checked out and to please give the car a thorough check for any other issues. When I picked up the car, the two alerts are still ever present on the dash. Also on my paperwork it states several things that are inaccurate. 1. States that customer declined service. So I paid $975.18 for a declined service? 2. The car was given a 27 point MPI multi-point vehicle inspection. So they missed the alerts about the airbag and the brakes? Alerts that I would think are important. 3. VIP wash and vac completed. The inside of the car was not vacuumed and the exterior was dirty. My mistake, taking my mother's cadillac to the local cadillac dealership for service. Obviously this dealership is not a quality dealership. Step One Automotive group, owner of 26 dealerships in Florida, Georgia & Alabama. Took my car in due to the Navigation system not displaying maps. Austin Tipton was the service advisor who assisted me. He was very helpful and professional and got my 2022 XT5 repaired and back on displaying maps. Austin Tipton was the service advisor who assisted me. They determined the Sim Card was defective and replace it. i highly recommend and team at Ft Walton Beach. More

Gary Burkey, I took 2021 gmc slt in for grinding noise in left rear wheel, Austin said they had to replace rear brake pads & all taken care of. Less then 500 ft down the road worse then it was. Next appointment available 5 days later kept it for 4 days with no calls from Austin. Truck is done they forgot to call me. Asked Austin said it’s the suspension, asked for paperwork said there is none because no work was done on truck just 15 mile test drive. Then said I needed copy of paperwork for being in there 4 days Austin said would email next day. 15 miles on paperwork, half tank of gas missing & 15 days later I had to pick paperwork up with nothing about suspension. False information on all paperwork. Called home office & explained, they kicked my complaint back to supervisor at dealership. Supervisor said bring back in but won’t rewind cameras to see who was driving for half tank of gas gone. Anytime vehicle taken to dealership, even a test drive from the shop the law says they have to give paperwork to you. Statute 681.103 paragraph 4 per the attorney general’s office.
