Hello Jchailey2, We apologize for the issues you experienced during your recent visit with us. We checked all of the paperwork and there was no mention of the 2 warning lights in question. Our technicians are trained to address any warning lights that are present. If it was not included in the repair order, they are instructed to make the service advisor aware and it wound be added to the repair order at that time. The Starter was replaced and the battery was tested to ensure their were no issues there. We hope you will give us another chance to research the alerts you mentioned. We will also ensure the vehicle has an upgraded wash and vacuum service. We will do our best to give you a completely satisfying experience in the future.

I had the Cadillac towed to your dealership. I put my trust in your service department. You tell me that there was no note of the additional dash alerts. I specifically requested that they be looked at as well and that the car be given a complete check up as it was my Mother's car. I am terribly disappointed in your service department. However, if you want, you can tow the vehicle back to your service department and give the car the complete inspection for any issues that I originally requested.
