I would not recommend this dealership for service. I tried to get my window in the back of my truck fixed because it was leaking. They said I will have to leave my vehicle there for two days for them I tried to get my window in the back of my truck fixed because it was leaking. They said I will have to leave my vehicle there for two days for them to do a test on it but they said I will have to wait for a loaner and I would have to be put on the list. Almost 2 months goes by with multiple phone calls to them and they kept saying that I’m still on the list . The last time I called they said pretty much customers that have been there longer(as in years) and has spent more money than me was pretty much head of the line. I wish I knew the guys name that was in charge of loaner vehicles, I would not recommend working with him. Like I said, the more money you spend with them the better quality customer service you get the less money you spend the less quality customer service you will get. I would highly recommend Allen Turner Chevrolet if you need any work done on a GM product. They are by far better than this place. More

Took some pictures of my truck and walked me to his office. Explained all the processes and told me how the pricing worked. I had a warranty from a third party and he explained the deductible. Told him we had family coming into town and would need my truck back by Friday. He was upfront about time it would take and I left the truck with him on Monday. I can't have my phone at work, so Josh texted me the details and approvals from warranty company by Wednesday. He also informed me they found more issues than just what I noticed and he got the approval to fix them as well. He gave me an updated time to completion and texted me as soon as the work was finished on Thursday. Went and picked the truck up that evening. Josh greeted me as I walked in, explained all the services completed and walked me over to the cashier so I could pay my deductible and he wane to pull my truck around. Checked out the work and couldn't be happier with Josh and the tech, Jeffery Scott, who did the work. Great experience and will certainly take my truck back to Fort Walton Cadillac for next service. Sold a certified pre owned Cadillac to us and specifically said drivetrain was covered for one year because it was pre-certified. It had 85,000 miles on it. Less than 90 days and the rear differe specifically said drivetrain was covered for one year because it was pre-certified. It had 85,000 miles on it. Less than 90 days and the rear differential clutch pump goes out. That is part of the drive train and they would not honor it. It wouldn’t bother me so bad if that had not been one of their selling points. Liars the whole lot of them. Anything to get the sale. Will never do business there again. More
Your scheduling system is not very customer friendly I got a coupon yesterday for a 20% credit on my next service and it was supposedly good for 30 days. It's bad when the dealership can't fix their own vehicles without trying to upsale then get mad and tell you to come get your vehicle because you won't buy their part. We knew the ecm wasn't sending signals so brought it in to see if it was programmed right and of course they didn't check the programming liked asked to. plus guess price went up real bad last time i was told $1375 this time they wanted $1241 just for the part. Then had to get my paperwork corrected after they were trying to charge $260 for diagnostic. Service manager corrected it fast and so apologetically. So unless you intend on buying their parts I wouldn't take my vehicle there for service car seat there for a month and just got a call last week More

I was searching nationwide for a used BMW i8 (over 100k car), so I've called and dealt with a number of salespersons during that time. Justin was able to help me evaluate the car long distance, noted every minor detail (including a TINY little ding in the doorframe), and was open to being 'schooled' on features he was previously unaware of. I ended up not being able to get the car (Justin's car was a close second) because his manager was not quick enough with the final pricing. I wish there were more salespeople like Justin, so that used car dealerships could get a better reputation. More
