Easiest experience I've ever had I just moved here March 1st from Illinois. The dealership I had purchased my vehicle from back home was an absolute nightmare. I brought my vehicle up I just moved here March 1st from Illinois. The dealership I had purchased my vehicle from back home was an absolute nightmare. I brought my vehicle up to this dealership trying to get help for a problem my previous location refused to help me with. I had bought the truck (cash, I might add) back in October. The day we drove the truck home, the driver side visor snapped and remained down. Shortly after, the passenger side visor did the same. I had to fight the dealership to get them replaced. In FEBRUARY, I finally received the visors but was told to install them myself. I brought my truck up here to the Crestview location for help. Not only did they install them that same day, but were the most friendly guys I've ever met in an environment that deals with sales. Trey Simmons and Vann Thomas are the reason that I will be doing business here from now on and the reason I will surely recommend this dealership from now on. More

SUPER SERVICEMEN I could not recommend this dealership's service department any higher. We were on our way from Florida to our home in Pennsylvania when our car start I could not recommend this dealership's service department any higher. We were on our way from Florida to our home in Pennsylvania when our car started acting up. We had the car towed from Florala, Alabama to Crestview, since the mechanic in Florala recommended Hub City. . All the guys in the service department were great. They could not find a problem with the transmission, which is what I suspected. They assured me that the car was mechanically sound. And surprisingly, they did NOT charge a penny for the time they spent trying to find the problem. They even called me en route to check to see if we were still having problems. As it turned out, the problem was related to the cruise control, and once the cruise control was turned off, we made it back to Pennsylvania without a problem. But I assure you that you can trust these guys. They were correct that the car had no mechanical problems, and they were totally honest about not knowing why I had had trouble. Since no one had test driven the car with the cruise on, no one had suspected that that was the problem. Hub City didn't have the car I wanted but Tanna diligently searched for weeks until she found the exact make, model, mileage, and year of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The price was more than fair and competitive in the local market. plus she worked a little harder. She kept me involved and has been instrumental in dealing with her outside vendors to warranty my window tint. Just sharing my experience. More
