Extremely disappointed in Ford Crestview! I made agreement to purchase a King Ranch and made the 6 hour drive up from Tampa. Upon arrival, I noticed a few issues with the vehicle that should have been addressed before hand, like the battery was busted and leaking acid. They agreed to fix that, but the description online on the Crestview website states "Textured Matte Finish Off-Road Running Boards", but they weren't installed on the vehicle. Additionally, it also listed that the truck had "Rear step bumper" which also wasn't installed. To be clear, the description of the vehicle options was on the website, not a third-party site. Jacob, the salesman, spoke to Matt, the dealership manager. After he explained the situation to the manager, he decided not to work on a solution. I then spoke to the manager myself and offered to split the cost of the running boards with them and they declined. The manager was aware I made the 6 hour drive, already had financing in place and had the 15k down payment in a certified check with me to complete the purchase. Both Matt and Jacob acknowledged that it was an error that came from there internet marketing person that works at the dealership. They stated that the dealership was losing money on the deal already and was unwilling to lose anymore. Even though I disagreed with there lack of ownership of an error Crestview made, I attempted to complete the deal as I was already so invested. They had a line item "Accessories" charging for $1,395.00 on the sales paperwork and it was explained as a warranty for the interior of the vehicle that I asked to be removed to help offset the cost to purchase the running boards that were stated in the online description and they refused. Then the manager proceeded to say that they are going to re-list the vehicle for 7k more than what I was going to pay for it. This statement shows that they really didn't care about their customers and take zero accountability for their own actions as a company. I would highly encourage anyone looking to conduct business with this dealership to strongly think about their lack of accountability and integrity. I purchase multiple vehicles a year for both business & personal and have never been more disappointed in a dealership. If Ford Crestview is willing to treat a customer that drove from 6 hours away like this, how would they treat you? More

I visited the Ford dealership in Crestview today after watching a car, inquiring about it online, and having several conversations by phone about the same used car. It finally fell into a reasonable price range so I went in and wanted to buy the vehicle for my daughter by financing it. They came to me with an out the door price 6+ thousand dollars over asking price and informed me how much money they were losing. I explained several times I wasn’t doing that and then attempted to leave. They talked me back in and I made the mistake of letting them talk me into running my credit expecting a different outcome. Wrong!!!! They explained how my credit was excellent, but wanted the same monthly payments for the same length of times. I was not offered various rates from banks or anything. In the end they expected me to pay over 150% of the cars value with no explanation other than if you don’t like it, you obviously can’t afford it. The finance manager, Hank, spared a few minutes of his time to come out to tell me how good my credit was, that I should pay cash if I didn’t like it, after delivering the message above, . I declined. When I asked how much I would need to put down to reach my desired payment , I was told to do the math “$15 off per $1000 down”. I was informed that his car was outside of my budget!!! I appreciate his fortitude. If I knew then what I know now!!! I wouldn’t buy a $1 fundraiser candy bar from my new buddy Hank!!! More

She informed me there next service appointment was in January 2023. I let her know it was more urgent than that. She said there was nothing they could do. Totally unacceptable. Ford corporate should revoke the service if they cannot service people timely. More
Absolutely DISATISFIED and couldn't be more disgusted with the sales department. I saw their advertisement online for a $100,000 new truck and called immediately and spoke with them regarding the truck. with the sales department. She called me back to confirm with me that the truck was not on the lot but was in transit. I told her that I wanted to purchase the truck and wanted to place my deposit to hold it. She told me that would be the way to confirm it was mine and someone would be calling. I called back 2 hours later and she said that John in finance would be calling me. 30 minutes later she called me back to tell me the truck had now been placed on hold for someone else. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS BY THE SALES TEAM, DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD...I would rate their service with NO Stars if it would allow it. More
Everyone I talked to during the purchase of my truck was amazing, friendly & very helpful! Kayle, Marie, Jason & Caleb are awesome. So pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff and Manager in the service department! My 2021 F-150 has been in the Service Department for 7 weeks. They did not file a warranty claim until it was there for a month. I had to demand it be done. I have spoke with the store manager. He sent it up to the service director but after almost a week no contact. This is beyond disbelief. I guess it's time to get legal help.
